Venimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi sobrina....Pesimo servicio desde k llegamos mas de media hora en pasarnos a una mesa porque la persona k nos atendio borro mi nombre de la lista.... Aparte al atendernos mas de una hora para k le trajeran el platillo a mi hermano y aparte de todo el patillo equivocado no nos dieron cubiertos ni servilletas...... Volver aqui NUNCA!!!!!!!

Straight Bullshit! No leadership (poor management,staff trainning and employee support)and filthy! Im working in the area and have no time to look for a place to eat that wont take me too far from the courtyard hotel across the way. I just learned that you can f up Mexican food in California! They have the nerve to have a tortilla maker on display in this dump as if they have master the preparation and service of food. Ive been to food truck on the back streets of Los Angeles that will crush this rat box of an establishment. SHAME!!!!!!!! Dont play....... If youre not into it close the business and make way for someone that wants to do it right. Untill then........ Give me back my 1 Star because you get none!

Been here a few times no complaints the first 2 times but the 3rd time it seemed like I wasnt welcome. Everyone around me had chips and salsa and my order was mixed up, after bringing our drinks of water and apple juice that was not told it was a little kids box until recieved, there was about 15 minutes wait Wichita wouldnt have been bad had not everyone else around been laughing and eating on chips or food even those that came after me. When my food was delivered I asked for my chips and salsa was told right away but still did not get any even after completing my meal and waiting 10 minutes for the waitress to bring my check. I left a tip but was not happy at all with my service.

We were greeted by a bubbly, happy staff however, somewhat disappointing was requesting basic items like tortillas when ordering fajitas < we had fajitas for two and were served only 3 tortiallas> we had to wait for the server to order more & we waited 15 minutes for drinks and we were sitting near the bar. It wasnt that busy so service should have been at peak efficency- on the upside the fresh tortiallas chips were replaced immediately and the food was fresh , flavorful and prepared well.A good date night location ...just make sure the server is more interested in their job than texting in between customers.

I came here because they said they had Wi-Fi, and the area doesnt really have any locally run businesses to go to. When I got there, they admitted that the Wi-Fi doesnt really work very well and that its spotty all over the restaurant and werent really able to help at all. I left for Starbucks shortly afterwards. The food probably tastes exactly like every other Chevys, but the bathroom was kind of gross compared to other ones I have been to. Staff was friendly but not helpful either. A lot of shrugging.

Went at 2pm, it was hot. Didnt get water until 2:30pm after asking repeatedly. It was only 4 couples there, and noticed they were irritated also. We were a group of 8, so it wasnt crowed. Happy Hour was at 3pm, didnt get to order drinks til 3:15pm. Got food at 3:25pm. GROSS! Two people werent done with there food and went to the bathroom or to the car, Lu Lu (barely English speaking waitress), took the plates. Service and Food was HORRIBLE! Will starve 2 death before going back there... SERIOUSLY..

Rental car window busted out right in front of restaurant. Some people at the next table told the management when they came in. The manager walked around asking how the meal was, but never asked anyone if they were driving a Dodge Caravan that was broken into. Food and service mediocre. Im not blaming the restaurant for the break-in but they could have let us know instead of letting us sit there for another 30-45 minutes.

Could use a more attentive staff we were waiting over an hour for extra napkins and better placement of guests they sat everyone so close together and had a loud party that could have been sat in the area reserved for parties instead they sat them in the of a crowded area and our waitress (Maria C,) spent the entire evening playing and joking around with them instead of paying attention to her other tables

No good order to go very mad never going here i use my 20% percent discount for extended stay hotel and my burritoa had pure rice ans beans only no meat the manager better talk to the chef or fire that guy not a happy customer been doing me dirty skimpsin me out of meat f this place pos money hungry mfs i hate you go to hell !!you never ever takin my money again mfs !!i hope bad stuff happens to you !!!

Horrible. Even when this place is empty they still cant take care of their customers. Waited 20 minutes for utensils. Waited another 10 minutes for beverages, then about 30 minutes for food, and finally 20 minutes for the check. Really hope they close this place because it isnt fresh Mexican food. Everything is either canned or frozen. Disgusting

Poor service...extremely slow. Meat was tough. Brought out appetizer with the meal. Waited forever for everything to come out. Waitress and seater poorly trained. Would not recommend. And, just want to emphasize again how slow everything was...even to get our check. The waitress and the person who brought our food were nice though

Lunched with friends at Chez Panisse on a special occasion. I had not been back in 10 years, but I was expecting a culinary masterpiece like before. Of course Chez Panisse was ground zero for the origin of California cuisine - fresh local CA ingredients prepared in Mediterranean style - and is arguably the most famous Bay Area restaurant.

Bartender was the only one working everyone else was just playing gab ass with each other.. It took me 10min before the bartender ask I just wanted to sit at the bar everyone that didnt had to wait another 10min i was watching.. It was 3pm the place was a ghost town with terrible service... It will go out of business soon.

Food was late, micheladas were awful. Beer and hot sauce. . Not what I ordered. There was a huge black hair in my taco.. only good thing was the waiter was good and very apologetic. Will not be coming here again. Worse Chevy ever....

Service is normally very slow.. food is consistently delicious, though. They used to keep their floors very slippery, like greasy, but theyve seemed to find a different floor cleaner. The chicken flautas are my every reason to come back.

The food here is like what a person that has never had Mexican food tries to cook after someone that has had it describes it to them. Food is edible but definitely not good. Their salsa on the other hand wasnt bad. The service was ok.

Just went to this place on cinco de mayo, i got some mesquite steak and enchilada. It was awesome. Service was perfect, food was great. I think what happens when you get people saying the food is bland is because of what you ordered.

The Bar isnt just a bar with 6 stools. Its a bar room. I think the layout is great. Good not great service but staff overall are polite and they try. I love the food.always have but I credit that to my personal taste. Ill go back
