Llegue, tomamos asiento, jamas en la estrada dice que tienes que ordenar con la cashier , ni dentro, como cualquier otra taqueria o restaurant, . Despues de varios minutos le pregunte si teniamos que ordenar o esperar a que nos atendieran, la cashier me pregunto ¿ no habias venido antes? , le conteste no a lo que respondio " pues asi es aqui ",.. la musica pesima ( narco-corridos) y volumen alto, los cosineros cantando :/ ., comida buena, pero el personal no conoce la educacion y el respeto al cliente..

La verdad la comida más o menos.es algo caro la verdad,las que atienden pésimo no te saludan.Cuando entras ,bien serías,parece que están enojadas. Mucho menos te avisan cuando te llevan tu comida,solo te avientan el plato.y eso es todo.mal Tienen que mejorar en la atención.pero no creo que les importe ,a los encargado........ Nueva mente cada ves que vengo.siempre te atienden bien feo...No entiendo Me gustaría ver resultados..

This is no lie. My wife worked their and took so much abuse from her boss that owns this restaurant. He would yell at them in spanish infornt of every one even the customers. He would say it in spanish so some people wouldnt understand what hes saying. On 7/27/17 my wife quit the job becuse he got mad over the stove cause it turned off and he them called my wife a stupid b**** over and over again. She messeged me to come pick her up and i did and she was depressed and crying. He said it in spanish saying "pinche pero" saying stupid dog but to her translating stupid b****. He even says more abusive words to his other co workers as well in spanish so no one would understand. Im disgusted on how they treated my wife like that and in process of a law suit.

Overpriced food. Poor service. The cooks seemed unhappy to be there. They were dead inside when we were there for a to go order. We didnt check the containers but when we got home our burrito plate was just a large container of rice. The enchiladas were smothered with a sauce that tasted like plain tomato sauce instead of enchilada sauce. We brought this to their attention that a big burrito was missing and they said ok head in. When I arrived they acted like they didnt know what was going on when I brought up that I was there for the burrito. They had it sitting aside since I had first been there and just handed me that one instead of a fresher one being made. Wont be coming back. All I got was a sorry from them for the troubles.

Ive eaten here many times but noticed the last time how the guys in the kitchen prepare the food. They go in and out of the kitchen area while cooking but did not see them wash their hands. It could be just me but they did not look happy when I watched them while waiting for my take-out order. The cashier ladies are all nice, though. The food? Its Mexican, off-course but not any better than other Mexican places in the area. Unless this is the only Mexican place you can go to, it is worth trying other places for more value.

Super dissapointed that the rice was undercooked and such a small amount of crumbled chips to go with my burrito. On top of that the cooks all glared at me the entire time as if I had done something wrong for coming in. I felt completely unwelcomed as a male customer. Would someone please teach the cooks how to white knight on their own time and not the businesss time. Could be the cooks and the cashiers are doing more than just working after their shifts lol

Im going! This has to be in my top ten Mexican restaurants in the Richmond area! The steak nachos! Mmmmmm.the meat was so tender and they didnt skimp out on it either! The prices are fair for the quality of food and service. Everything is cooked fresh so dont expect a quick in and out experience but, it is worth the short wait.

Declining food & service. Rising price. Used to be decent neighborhood taqueria. Price is now higher than better places. Food takes a long time and often forgets your order completely. Not sure why I came back. No more.

Great prices and the meats and salsas are awesome. I recommend the al pastor super Burrito. Its got a ton of flavor, you wont be disappointed! Service was quick and friendly for dine in.
