So the wife and I decided to try this place after having a hankering for some deep dish pizza. When I called I specifically ask if they serve deep dish pizza (it does have the words Chicago and pizza in the name), to which the young lady who answered the phone said "yes". I then ask if I can have the Italian Blender pizza in a deep dish to which she replied "yes" again. Fast forward 20 minutes I show up to pick up my one large deep dish pizza. After paying $29 (including the $2.00 tip I pay for carryout) the same young lady opens the box in front of me to proudly show me the pizza. Im not from Chicago but I expected a deep dish to be just as it sounds... Deep. Yet the pizza she is handing me is anything but deep. Because I can see the crust through the thin layer of cheese and toppings I assume there is some type of mix up so I inform her I ordered a deep dish pizza. Her response to this was "this is our version of deep dish". Im sorry but if I order prime rib and pay for prime rib, yet get served top serloin because its their "version" of prime rib, that rubs me the wrong way. I could have easily gone to Pizza Hut or Papa Johns for the EXACT same pizza for a third of the price. Not a good experience for my first, and last visit.

Terrible service. Ordered Artichoke dip...when it arived one of the pieces of bread served on the same plate with the dip had 2 bites out of it. Server tori didnt apologize...just told her manafer Jeff. Jeff came by over 10 minutes later as we sat and waited. He thought he was a smooth talker...no apology just an excuse that the bread was torn funny. SERIOUSLY? No offer to replace it. No offer to get us something else. He ordered us 2 pieces of new bread..that came out 7 minutes later...cold no less. Neither he or our server followed up to see if we were ok and Im not even exaggerating....avoided our table the rest of the evening. It to 10 minutes to get a bill...(full price and charged for the "already chewed" dip.) Yes i paid it all and tipped 3 bucks on $26 bill. We were polite but unfortunatly didnt recieve anything in return. Too bad, we live close but wont be back and will be telling this story for years to come. Its a shame, it would have been soo easy to just apologize and bring us a new plate. End of story. Guess not. Very poor service...would love to tell you the dip was good but we didnt eat it of course. Im sure they didnt even notice that.

Arrived at 410 pm ordered approximately 10 minutes later. Wife had a beer glass break in her hand where she got scratched by glass. Our table cleaned up mess when they brought over some rags. Manager came over very concerned and nice with a incident report but not a couple of band aids. Approximately got our food 515 pm and two meals came out a few minutes after everyone elses. The late meal was a well done burger and was raw. When they made the burger again they made it without the bacon. The burger ended up just getting put in a box to go as everyone was done eating. The food was good that came out. We were informed that they are under staffed by our waitress. I would have hoped to have that information before we sat down to eat.

If you dont drink beer, dont go here. The staff tends to cater to the beer drinkers. My companions got plenty of beer, but I had ti ask several times to get a water. It is loud and the food takes a very long time to get out. The pepperjack cheese and bacon pizza is very good, but after 4 time like this, I have not been back. Update: 4/23/17 Went back again to give it another chance and the servers were a little better, however, the kitchen staff made us wait on a easy night for 1.5 hrs for a pizza and a salad. Several other people came, ate, and left by the time we got our pizza. Waitress had to remind them several times.

Eat here twice a month...drive all the way from Excelsior Springs Each time, the hostesses/greeters are a little bit to be desired. It would be better to have a mannequis. Therefore, we give only a 4 star rating instead of 5. FYI to management,it would be nice to be greeted with a smile and "Welcome to Old Chicago" instead of the deer in the headlights look. Aside from that, we seat ourselves. Oh well.... we came for the food anyway, which is excellent. Cheesy garlic bread and Chicago 7 Pizza is our normal order. Its always delicious and made fresh! Automosphere is great! Waitresses are always helpful and friendly.

The food is phenomenal, Americanized everything, but with great healthy options. Great deals on beer flights for sampling, and great for a quick snack, small meal, or big dinner. It seems the wait staff is always having issues with management. Always have had great service and conversations with my servers but seems like management is always having some interpersonal issues. Usually busy with a moderate wait time for food and drinks. Not bad, but enough that a casual diner would find something to gripe over. Still a great spot if looking to watch games and higher quality food than similar establishments.

Good food, I dont know if its worth the price though. Good service, and all around awesome place. Our server was nice, but not helpful with things like suggestions or ordering. The atmosphere could have been amazing, but I had to listen to like 8 Drake songs and one song about "shes dancing like a stripper" ... and that might be the popular majority, but it is not my personal preference, and this is my personal review on the place. Seemed to be a good place to watch a game from, not sure there was a bad seat in the house, but we werent there during a game, so I cant be sure.

At first food was good had to order a take home meal been sitting at table waiting and waiting and waiting this started as a five star review and for every five minutes after 30 minutes of waiting on to go order it loses a star. Wait now has exceeded 45 minutes hence one star. If I could rate this negative stars I would now. Empty tables I would hate to see how slow this place is if it is packed. Finally cancelled to go order - neither manager would come to table - asked for general managers number

Its crowded, loud and busy... the pizza rolls were amazing the first time we went there... since then, we get them to go because we dont like the atmosphere. The pizza rolls have been hit or miss since then... if you order early enough, chances are a little better that they will be good but most of the time they are small and not cooked all the way through. Tonight we got two orders. My wifes were good and mine were bite sized, literally... with raw dough in the middle. Theyre out of chances.

My home away from home! Im 45, a female, & Im not into clubs anymore, but absolutely love it here! The food is unbeatable, as Ive had every item on the menu. Theres over 120 different beers, so many great mixed drinks, 4 different beer mules, shots are actual HUGE, not small. Happy hour from 10pm to close EVERY night. Open til 1:30am Monday thru Saturday, Sunday they close at midnight. The Rewards system is the best here!! Employees, managers are the greatest! I LOVE IT HERE!!!! :)
