My past experiences with Pie Five were amazing. The quality of the ingredients was above what I was expecting and the service was great the first time. I was expecting the same quality when I took my sister here today, but I didnt have the same experience. The person making my pizza ripped the dough and continued putting the toppings on it after I expressed my concerns about it. After it came out of the oven, it fell apart. They asked if I would like to remake it and I had them do it. The cashier seemed to be in a hurry (there was no line) and pulled my pizza out of the oven before it had reached then end of the belt. I sat down on the patio and tried to pick up the first slice, and the tip was raw and the dough was not cooked thouroughly.

The pie is ok... but the service here has gone downhill precipitously. All three people with whom I interacted here - didnt bother to look up, mumbled "whatd ya want on your pizza" or flat out didnt answer when I asked questions. When it came time to pay - she couldnt even bother to ask me how many people Im paying for - and so I had to run my card a second time. The employees were just plain rude. Period. Plus - my pizza crust has some weird grease marks across the top of it... maybe it got caught on some rollers inside the oven?? I dont know - but its obviously some type of grease from rollers - I cant eat that part.

What a cool place. Why not have a "Subwayesk" pizza place. Pick your crust, sauce and toppings. All made right before your very eyes. The choices were plentiful and fresh. AND done in 5 minutes!! The staff members were friendly, fast and funny. There were a few empty dirty tables but it was just after lunch rush. Otherwise the facility was clean and inviting. We are from out of town but the address is in our phone for return visit when we return!!! Wish you were in Springfield MO. Thank you Daniel Smith

fresh made in front of you, will not take "large Bills" which is a pain, our meal cost over $60 and they wouldnt take anything larger then a 20, which only had two, so had to pay with credit card. something about people passing fake bills, hard to fake one of the new 100s

I just ordered a pizza here and had a cockroach crawl out from under it. When confronted about it they knew of the roach issue and thought traps were sufficient. Clean the place you idiots!!!! This place needs shut down before they kill someone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very good customer service and quite a novel idea. Like a Chipotle but with pizza. Plenty of toppings to choose from and 3 different crusts. I went with a reg. crust with sausage, green olive, and some peppers and I was not disappointed.

You can count on the service and the pizza being the same every time. Employees ask you if everything looks good prior to baking each one. Serving size will fill you up even though each pizza is four slices.
