This was my second time in to The Patio Cafe. They have reasonable prices and good food. The customer service, however, is awful. I arrived early on a Sunday morning because I knew they get busy fast. I placed my order (it was my boyfriend and I) with our waiter. It wasnt too busy to where we knew it was going to take long to get our food. Ive worked in food before so I totally understand how things get backed up when busy. But waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes for food is RIDICULOUS. We sat and watched two separate tables eat and leave, and two more (one party was of 5 people) come in, order, eat, and leave before we had even gotten our food. We asked someone and they said it would be "5 mins or so" before we received our food. I talked to the manager because service was slow and unacceptable (I shouldnt have watched 2 other tables walk in, order, get food, and leave before a table of two got their food.) She explained when its busy things get backed up and I understand-but she talked to me like I was 15 years old and blamed it on the 36inch grill they have. She apologized and said 30-50min wait for food was usual. My food took an hour and 15 mins to get. What I think happened was that our waiter forgot to put in our order--which no one would admit to. Once we talked to someone, wow our order was magically filled in 5 mins!!!! The manager did not offer to take anything off of our ticket or anything to compensate--just thanked us for coming. Totally unprofessional. If you value customer service and your time, I would suggest not even giving The Patio Cafe a try.

Conway has been without a proper place to have a great breakfast for a while now. Sure, you can go sit in a booth at some national chain, or order a plate of Sysco brand boxed and prepackaged food from a local restaurant whose cheese dip is wildly overrated, but there was no local restaurant which served a quality meal first thing in the morning. Now there is such a place. Its Patio Café. The food is actually food rather something thats pulled out of some frozen shipping container. Do yourself a favor. Order a pancake and taste it. Dont dare eat that pancake in front of your grandmother or mom. Theyll have their feeling hurt when you blurt out "This is the BEST pancake Ive EVER eaten!" It wont be your fault. The pancakes are just that good. I dont know the owners or anyone who works there. I just know good, quality food when I taste it. I cannot quite express how happy I am that such a place now exists in Conway. Youll just have to see for yourself.

This new kid on the block is one surprising little hidden gem. Conway finally has a Cafe that serves fresh homemade (non-frozen) meals! Their pancakes and sausage are absolutely amazing! The other local businesses use to win by default; but now, there is no comparison. This hidden gem is a nice quiet hideout perfect for relaxing, studying, or catching up with a good friend. With excellent coffee and a simple but wholesome menu, The Patio Cafe is the perfect place for breakfast, lunch or coffee.

Very good breakfast. Coffee strong, eggs Benedict great. Made the hash browns that come with crispy crunchy the way browns should be. Waitress friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend. Why didnt I give a 5 star? Well I like my poached eggs medium(yellow a little runny but white done) and mine came a lovely well(no runny yellow). I will specify next time.

Good service, one of the employees is a world class piano player and singer, it was worth going there just for that. My burger was good but a little bland for my taste. Everyone else enjoyed there food though so four stars. Just FYI expect back wait here, they cook your food to order so it will be a little slower than most of us are used to.

Love this place! The staff is so friendly and all of the food is fresh and delicious. My favorites are the salmon eggs benedict and bananas foster crepes. Coffee is also wonderful. There is usually a wait, so beware if youre in a hurry. For a lazy weekend morning, this is the best place in town by far!

Incredibly slow service. Have been there twice and waited both times for two eggs and bacon which took hour and 20 minutes. Ask the server both times what is going on and each time supposedly food is coming right out. Food was basic but not worth the wait by any means.

So glad we picked yall. Great food and most of all great service. Our waiter was by far the best waiter we have had in a while. Sorry forgot his name but he is original from Colorado. I have to say its a must place to go by. ♡ texas girl! !

I love The Patio Cafe! Its quickly becoming one of my favorite places. Every menu item Ive ever tried has never disappointed! Their multigrain pancakes & sausage are delicious! And their Monte Cristo sandwich is a winner. Love this place!

Fun little find. College town, small Caffè and very friendly. Fresh made food and delicious coffee. Casual atmosphere, families playing coats hammers, piano in the corner for those who feel like playing. Quaint our door patio seating.

I go to this place regularly.. they have a sign in the dining room that lets you know it will be a wait on food bc everything is cooked to order. If they mess it up they recook it. Always great food and servicr is friendly!

The new management is great. I used to go when it was called something else. The environment is really neat and the live music they have sometimes is a nice touch. Great place to read a book or enjoy a coffee with friends.

This is THE place to get breakfast in Conway. Crepes, biscuits and gravy, pork chops, its all great. They keep the coffee coming and have live music occasionally. Hope this place stays around forever.

Seriously the best patio in Conway (except for when trains come through). I love dining on the patio and just relaxing. Food is delicious and the waitresses are so sweet. Try the salted Nutella latte!

Small, but has delicious breakfast and the coffee is great. They have music on the patio most weekends too, makes for a nice chill spot to have breakfast.
