Very little is made from scratch. The bread is made from scratch but you dont get fresh baked daily bread as they claim. Its frozen and its bread from minimum a week ago. Pastries are made fresh to some degree but fillings are processed and easily purchased at store. All fillings for pies and pastries are processed and not homemade. Red velvet cake is box made cake bought at Sams club. This company is fake and fraud to claim everything is made from scratch, fresh, and baked daily. Bread is baked on weekdays, and cookies and pastries are baked as needed. Usually making more than enough to fulfill a few days worth of business. The only thing made 100% fresh is the salads. Chicken, egg, and ham salads. Eclares and Cream puffs are frozen pastries that are boxed and brought in. Not baked at all. Its your choice to do business here at their high prices but leaving a tip doesnt go to the cashier. The owner takes it for herself.

We stop here every time we are in Amana! I almost gave them four stars because some of the prices are high. HOWEVER, their products are so fresh and yummy, I HAD to give them five. Of course, all is made fresh there. You can even call ahead and she will make you a pie per your order. She is so nice and friendly. I just had to give 5 stars! Any place that gets our business every single trip is definitely a 5 pointer!

Overpriced medocre pastries. Weak coffee. Sign says restrooms for patrons only. Arrived at 1:30 pm and restrooms were "closed for cleaning" . We asked when restroom would be available, clerk responded "tomorrow". Unbelievable. Unsatisfactory for a restaurant in the USA.

The Best Banana Bread we have ever tasted...and i promise we have tasted many many Banana Breads....tried a couple of their products...both AWESOME...talked with their employee- most Courteous and Gracious! Try them you will not be disappointed!
