HEALTH DEPT should check this place out... I specifically asked for NO cheese or Sour Cream on my plate for a Enchiladas Verda. The plate came with Cheese on the pile of lettuce over top of the Enchiladas... I motioned the girl to come back and fix it, I said " I asked for no cheese, no sour cream", she said "ok" went to the kitchen and returned quickly with my plate of food. I could tell all she did was SCRAP OFF THE CHEESE and added a little more lettuce.. I asked if she " just scrapped the cheese off" and with a blank look and accent she said "yes". I told her that she contaminated my plate with the cheese in the first place, that it would make me sick if there were any cheese that fell between the Enchiladas. And that I would need a whole new plate. Also, reminded here "I did ask for NO CHEESE, NO SOUR CREAM!!" As i watched her go back to the kitchen, I thought they are not capable of understanding what they did was against the Food Laws in Arkansas. But so against the Idea of a place I would ever want to go and eat again... I am Lactose Intolerant and I am very kind and polite when it comes to ordering, I make sure they understand that I dont want it on my plate or near it... But, what did she use to scrap off the cheese? Her hands? A spatula? Mater is that she did it and thought I would not notice... Come on people.. So I walked over to her, told her "Cancel my order I dont want it anymore" and left. This is one more place in Conway that will not get my business... Just the thought of her scraping of my plate, really upsets me... why would you think thats ok?? I could have pushed it to the side of my plate if it was not that big of deal.. But, it is.. and I dont want to pay for something Im going to get sick from Later.... The standards have to be better!! Or a lot of places will be making people sick...

The service is really great. The nachos are really good probably the best out of any other regular Mexican restaurant. I would like to point out that the manager is very nice especially with his costumers. The employees are also nice they always check back on us to ask if we need anything else. There taste in music is not the best, but you can barely hear it through all the laughter and joyfulness this place gives you. Its also nice that they have WiFi and thats something most Mexican restaurants dont have. Thats a major improvement on other restaurants. Also I would like to point out that there prices are not that expensive.

The experience here was absolutely horrific. The service was very impersonal and the staff seemed like they could do without your business.My waiter got our order wrong and then blamed his mistake on us. The decoration was too overwhelming and way too tacky. The food was the most disappointing part of my experience. The ground beef was clearly from the local Kroger food store and cooked without seasoning at all. the food looked and tasted bland. Also its way too overpriced. Dont waste your time or money. Taco Bell serves better food

The salsa tasted fermented. I ordered a taco salad without the tortilla and they brought out a very small portion with very little meat. My child ordered chicken tenders that were mostly fried batter, and the fries were undercooked. I told the cashier but he seemed to not care and only defended the portion size and never apologized for our bad experience. On another note, the restaurant seemed very clean, and is decorated nicely. I rarely complain about restaurants, but I was very dissatisfied.

I have visited this restaurant quite a bit and they are usually a solid 4 stars... My last experience was less than stellar though. The food was good, but the servers/staff were inattentive and actually took my plate with food still on it while I was with my son in the restroom... I would have said something, but no one ever checked up on our table of 9 other than to drop off the check.

Used to go there for lunch everyday. Not sure if management has changed or what. But service is terrible and the taste has gone down. They got my order wrong twice and still wanted to charge me for both meals. The manager didnt seem to care I was a longtime patron and shrugged me off demanding I pay for the wrong orders. Needless to say this place is not getting my hard earned $$ again.

Food had good taste. Chicken was chewy. Staff is really friendly except for one. I told the host I wanted a booth and another worker looked at me and put his head down and said "need buffet and chuckled". :( Im not that much over weight. Took a while for someone to take my order but food was prepared in great time. Other than the "remark", it was a good experience.

Its environment is a little intimidating at night , but the restaurant itself is great! Everyone had a huge smile, was kind and good mannered, just great service in general. The food was delicious and very filling. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody.
