No no no no. Id give half a star if I could! I ordered and the guy didnt give me a total just asked if that was it and disappeared. I waited 5-7 minutes, no big deal. The car hop apologized for the wait and proceeded to hand me my drink which she repeated as a dr. Pepper no ice...with ice in it! I let it go, a little ice, no big deal. But when I tried the food, it was cold! Tater tots cold cold. Chili cheese coney, cold, stale bread... for waiting that long, youd think my food would be fresh! To top it off, she didnt give me a straw. You can bet Ill be driving to the other sonic from now on.

Sunday Jan 3,2016.... Pulled in around 8:00 am and a worker was outside talking to someone. I was the only other car there. I pushed the button three times... No one answered. So I moved to another drive in. The worker had gone inside, pushed the button two more times. I waited almost 10 mid and no one would acknowledge me. Even though they saw me. Very upsetting!!!

Service was horrible! I work at a different sonic and I know how long it should take to make a shake. It took ten minutes just to get my order out. The cups were covered in ice cream and they were half way melted by the time we got them. The car hop didnt have change on her so she had to go back in and then cheated us $5. Ive wasted 20 minutes of my life at this sonic.

Worst service! TERRIBLE manager AND GM. Ordered shakes, waited 10 minutes, someone decides to walk out and tell us the machine is down because they are cleaning it. Why clean BEFORE closing and why take an order IF the machine is down. Manager didnt care and wanted to tell us the GM was her dad and acted like nothing would be done because of that.

Terrible customer service. Didnt give me the correct change twice. When they brought out the change they gave it to me in all pennies. I worked at a sonic in Texas and we would have never treated our customers like this. Blame the employees and the managers for this. Wouldnt recommend coming to this location to anyone.

was very displeased with service. they wouldnt honor happy services and was their before time was over but they claim they have to go by the time they answered the call but my button was push before happy was over.was very unhappy

Order the chicken sandwich they told me it would be a 10 minute wait so I told him nevermind I didnt have time give me two dogs and a raspberry green tea I still waited 10 minutes and got it regular sweet tea instead

Its 6:27 am and it says they open at 6 and no one is in sight. I guess the boss doesnt know his store does not open up on time. 4 people waiting for 30mins now. Horrible.
