Cook Author Pounds purposely contaminatef my burger by throwing in trash then on floor then cooked and served to me. I was informed by several emplyees when owner Kelly joiner was informed he did nothing to Aurthor but because Aurthor has thing for my fiancee a former employee who had to quit because of sexual harrasment and racial discrimnation informed me of this and two eye witnesses also informed me that he did this for reasons of jealousy and because i am white owner Kelly Joiner is currently in a lawsuit for Sexual harassment racial discrimination payiny below minimium wage law food contamination with intent to do harm and witness tampering BEWARE IF YOU VISIT THIS PLACE you very easily may get a spit burger or have to listen to vulgar launguage from cook who doesnt wair gloves or hair net and vary rarely clean grill i witnessed this several times being there before opening in morning so BEWARE

This place is nasty as hell. The dishes dont get washed. The cook author pounds puts people he dont like hamburgers in the trash drop them on the ground then cook the burgers and serves them. The owner knows all about it. Auther talks loud about white people. The dish washer do not clean them nasty ass trays out. He does not wash the folks or knives they be nasty. He dont wash the tea containers out. They are nasty. The owner treats the blacks with no respect. The turkey be slimmey the ham too. Chicken be left out for two or three days. They use burgers from two days ago. U people are not getting fresh stuff. Be careful of what u eat from the box.

Food is pretty good, fairly greasy though. Really laid-back. The people around the counter are really cool. The wait staff around the tables not so great. Place isnt kept real clean. It is sanitary enough if you dont place your hands on the tables or counters. I would really rate higher if not for the wait staff and the unclean tables & counters.

Good burger and fries here. Always way crowded at lunch with a wide spectrum of colorful characters from the downtown scene. Business people, real working people, young people, old people. Fun atmosphere.

I saw a member of the wait staff apply lotion to her foot while propping herself on the prep station with the hand not lathering her hoof. Before that I loved the burgers and the seasoned fries.

The food is awesome but sometimes the crowd can be overwhelming to the waitresses. I sat for 15 minutes without a drink refill and finally decided to just pay and leave.

Great place. Burgers are awesome but i prefer the fried bologna. Texas toast, jack cheese, fried jalapenos, mayo, lettuce, tomato with an egg on top. Cant be beat.
