I had an aeropressed cup of Rwandan coffee made by Kyle, and it was a splendid cup of coffee; it was bold without being too sharp, citrusy without being acerbic. Kyle suggested that it might be too dark, but its robust boldness was not overpowering - I love a good cup of black coffee, and Blue Sail makes a darn good cup of black coffee. They have laid a sound cornerstone. I look forward to trying something frillier next time. My wife had a fresh chai tea latte made from recently imported raw chai, a rarity in the cafe world. She said it was one of the best chai tea lattes she had ever had - and to top it off, it was served in a mason jar. The atmosphere is relaxed and homelike, yet with a touch of modern flair. The furniture is arranged in such a manner that the coffee shop can accommodate any size group. A lone coffee drinker can sit at the bar; a small group can cozy up on the sofas around a coffee table; for larger groups, there are 6-person tables that could no doubt be pushed together to accommodate an even larger group. Upbeat yet relaxing lounge music sets a calm tone, and floor lamps gently light up the room. We felt like we could have comfortably stayed there for hours, sipping amazing coffee and watching the world go by. To top it all off, not only were the coffee and atmosphere superb, but the service was knowledgable and personable. Kyle talked with my wife and me as we waited on our drinks to steep (perhaps the only drawback to such high quality coffee is that it cant come instantly - only come if you have 5-10 minutes to spare). He discussed his love of coffee, how he has studied the chemistry behind it all, his trials with perfecting an aeropressed Rwandan cup of coffee, how the proper purplish hue denotes that its perfect, and how he is eagerly awaiting a few more rare blends that should be arriving soon. We discussed local coffee culture, the meaning of the shops name, and more. Kyle was the only one working that day, but he still managed to visit with us and the other customers, all while serving the customers. In short, these guys get it right - a good coffee shop starts with good coffee, is carried forth with a calm homelike atmosphere, and is crested with affable service. I look forward to coming back to Blue Sail Coffee again and again.

Having a coffee at Blue Sail is more of an experience rather than just a thing to do. The baristas, the atmosphere, and the music make the place welcoming - no, scratch that- it feels like home while enjoying a coffee or tea. But what matters most is the product the folks at Blue Sail consistently produce. Cup, after shot, after mug, each pour is of exceptional quality. Nowhere else in this state can a better shot, or doppio for that matter, be pulled. The products poured here will match or best anything that can be found in any major market. Perfect rusted iron and copper color with a beautiful oily look and texture hardly describe the créma on their shots, but thats the best I can manage. If its a regular coffee youre after, well, it wont be regular by any means. Youll wait a little longer for it, but thats what keeps the coffee from being regular. Quality takes time. Regular, is just that. And coffee should never be ordinary. It should be an experience. Pick anything off the menu, take a few minutes to relax, and enjoy what may be the best coffee youve ever had.

Blue Sail is my absolute FAVORITE coffee shop. The coffee is exceptional!! But at Blue Sail its not just the amazing coffee you leave with but the friends you meet, the studying you can get done, and the feeling of contentment. The atmosphere is warming, loving, and so calming! The service is fast. Everyone is so friendly, they not only give you your delicious drink but they enjoy talking with you & getting to know every customer. I love going sometimes just to talk with friends & meet new people. Blue Sail is the incomparable place to study. There are an abundance of tables, chairs, couches, and a back porch (delightful on warm summer days) to choose from. Its so convenient that Blue Sail is right downtown Conway...its nice having a place like this in this City of Colleges. I will continue coming to Blue Sail throughout, high school, my years at UCA and even after. This is a place for all ages, you can never get tired of going there. :) Im there almost everyday. Plus..They play the BEST music. ;)

I fell in love with Blue Sail from the moment I stepped in. The place is spacious and fun, the employes are super nice and when you become a regular (like me) they will make you feel like it is your home away from home. I met the owner and was so impressed with his passion to bring the true coffee experience to Conway, he perfects each cup and can create classic drinks they way they should be. He roasts his own beans and offers what Starbucks cannot, passion and dedication to each bean and each drink. His employes will remember you and if you are curious about how the drinks are made they will walk you through the steps of how your beverage is crafted. So go and grab the experience you have been missing, you will soon be hooked.

As I looked up your website to look up the hours of operation. Unnoticed that the hours may be affected due to Robert E. Lees birthday. I realize that this is in fact his birthday, but if any thing should affect your hours of operations it should be given to the appropriate person. Today is in fact a federal holiday of Dr. Martin Luther King JR. day. This day is celebrated throughout this nation as this day. If anything should affect your hours it should be due to him. -Thank you

Blue sail is a great coffee shop making their mark all over central Arkansas. Ive been there twice now and Ive been happy with the service, atmosphere, and quality of drink thus far. The London Fog was good and then tried an Autumn Sunset Iced Herbal Tea (got a little watered down from too much ice) but it was so good on a beautiful spring day after yoga! Dont forget to start your punch card!

LOVE this local coffee bar! Its cozy, inviting, study-friendly, and the espresso is TO.DIE.FOR. Also, the tea selection is amazing! Super fresh and authentic loose-leaf. I am a big fan of hot tea so I will definitely be returning to try the different selections. This shop is also bike-friendly (bike rack inside!), and you know that makes it perfect.

Not my type of coffee shop. This is the place you go for coffee if you dont like coffee. Also the place you go if you are a college student and think youre intellectually superior to those around you. Really didnt like the vibe here at all. Might do this place some good to knock their staff and customer base down a notch or two.

Great atmosphere. I come here for the smell. This place has the intoxicating aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans... because they ROAST THEM IN HOUSE! This place is deliciously decorated with flavors you can buy including local honey, simple syrups, pastries, cookies and other treats. Just a fun place to visit with friendly people.

The owner was totally involved, working just as hard as everyone else! I loved the atomispher. Awesome prices for outstanding drinks, not to mention the nice snacks. I recently moved to Nashville tn and have yet to find a place like it. I always stop in when I go back home to Conway! Great place!
