The pizza was always super good here, and wed order it all the time but just recently we ordered a pizza to have it delivered, and after almost an hour of waiting, it still hadnt shown up. We called them back and I asked "hey, we ordered a pizza about an hour ago. Whats the deal? Is it still coming? Did you forget? Whats going on?" And we were told "well the delivery guy just left, so another guy is coming in to deliver it." Meaning either A: our pizza had been sitting out for an hour or B: we were going to have to wait another 30-40 minutes for them to cook it and have it delivered. The second option would have been fine, if they would have given us a heads up in advance just to ya know.... Make us AWARE wed have to wait for 2 hours? So we decided whatever it doesnt matter, well wait. After another 15 minutes my Mom calls back, asking if wed get it for free or what was going on fully, because we dont want a soggy cardboard infused pizza. They said that the pizza had been sent out already and then returned back to the restaurant because they couldnt find out house due to whoever taking our order writing the wrong address. We asked whether or not wed get a new pizza or if wed be stuck with a cold pizza. Whoever the mainady is took the phone, and continued to tell us we could just heat it up in the oven and began to scream at us. We decided to go to Caseys instead. The only good thing this place has foodwise is pizza and the terrible service is NOT worth it. I also do not recommend getting anything else besides the pizza if you do go. The burgers are never cooked right, and the lasagna tastes like it is made with pizza sauce. The 99c kind no less.

I love how the prior review noted the owners treat you like family because that is anything but our experience. We ordered 3 pizzas one without any meat as there was a vegetarian in the group. We got 3 pizzas all with meat. We brought it to the attention of our waitress who said they will make another pizza and left the table to speak with the cook. No one ever retrieved the wrong pizza we were given and after waiting 45 minutes we inquired to the waitress about the meatless pizza. The owner came over to our table and started the conversation with "Im not cheap" and proceeded to inform us that we needed to return the wrong pizza to the cook in order for us to have been given the correct one. Had we known the policy we would have gladly done this, not to mention we waited 5 minutes in which no one took the pizza before other members of the party began to eat the pizza. We wasted over 45 minutes waiting for a pizza that we were never going to get. NOT impressed by their shady/CHEAP business tactics and will not be going back.

Pizza is pretty good. It can sometimes take a while for food to come out if they are busy, so plan accordingly. No credit cards, so make sure you have cash to pay and for tip.
