Grand coffee served to my husband came from the pump pot and was not hot. He had to get a other cup. Their half and half was a carton on the counter. 1445 and they were out of cold brew which I ordered. I ordered a shaken black tea lemonade and got plain black tea.:-( to top it off I asked for a "you ate here" mug and Arkansas doesnt have one. Come on Starbucks! Stores like these hurt your rep.

Very very busy but adapted level of interaction flawlessly. E.G. very personable with outgoing talkative customers and then cautiously polite and respectful with shy customers. Barristas made it feel personal or otherwise based on accurate readings of peoples desired level of service vs interaction.

The place was dirty. The new decor looked and felt about as comfortable as a school cafeteria. Very cold. Coffee was overpriced and poorly prepared. Ive been coming here for years, but this visit is likely my last. Oh, and the new rewards scheme irritates me, too. Local coffee places for me.

Exactly what youd expect from Starbucks in terms of what they have to offer. The staff was friendly and polite. Im giving 4 stars primarily because of the seating. The layout and amount of seating isnt as comfortable as some of the other Starbucks Ive visited.

Love these guys. I go because of the staff. I know many of them by name and they gave me a nickname. LOL I can get some work done in there with a little French Press and lack of distractions.

Typical corner Starbucks located a few blocks from the interstate. Nice clean bathrooms, fast and efficient except when coming through the drive through during morning or afternoon rush hour.

Haley is an awesome cashier and barista. She took my order politely and at lightning speed. Also, she asked how my morning was. And this place has never gotten my order wrong.

Has a drive thru. Is difficult to see when exiting the I-40 due to road construction. Drive thru could have been a bit faster. Drinks and food up to par.
