Had a credit for 8 bucks from a previous screw up on your part! ordered a treat combo took over hour and half to get here. 1 pizza had sauce all over top which i didnt order other missing half the cheese and ham, had 2 bare slices brownie was dented in and mush in the center spoke with kimberly 423 Edgewood Rd NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405 she said she would resend it but wouldnt credit it asked for different toppings on 1 of the pizzas was told it would be priority and sent out next, still waiting 52 min and counting (store within 3 miles of place) Called back spoke to some customer service rep no where in my state, said would credit account for 11 on cc Called back into store and spoke with kimberly she said would credit account 26, said i wanted my cc refunded also she also told me her gm was named john, said if she credited 26 to my account and w/e i paid on my cc that it would be fine and i would drop it. Another 30min passed still have yet to get food, and was told i needed to send the incorrect stuff back, which is still sitting on my table, so im starving, my wife is starving Started order 7:30pm is 9:55 now and still no dinner Called back in and spoke with kayla and she recommended i call corporate after finding out my order just left the doors, 36min after the so called manager said it did... VERY DISPLEASED!!!

So were at an hour and 45 minutes and still waiting. Website said a 30 min wait when we ordered and we called about 1 hour into our wait. We were told that the website is always wrong and he laughed it off like it was some kind of joke. Who knows if therell be spit on our pizza when it comes. Does anyone give a flying rip anymore? Who do we call? Im sure this will be ignored by the store and by corporate, but maybe someone will read this and get their pizza same-day by ordering Dominos or Papa Johns. Update: Can I rate 0 stars?!? We just got a call... "Just calling to make sure you got your delivery," He says. "Were still waiting." "Oh shoot. We can get it out on the next run if you still want it." Are you serious?!? Why would we have ordered it if we didnt want it, you dolt!?! Forget it!! With complete p***-poor management of your process, youve completely ruined pizza for me!! Wonder if he can manage the refund correctly??

I called and they told me it would be 1 hour which I was fine with so I called at 12 am and they got here at 1am but they forgot the other half of my order which was understandable bc im sure it was a busy night but then when my family and I sat down the pizza was burnt looking and was hard. I tried calling them back for a new order and the women on thr phone said they were closing in 2 mins so there was nothing she could do about it so I asked if I could drive there and get my money back she told me no the doors would be locked and noone would let me in so then I asked if i could bring it in tomorrow then and she said it wouldnt make a difference bc it would be a day old and I wouldnt be able to prove anything then hungup on me! I was so incredibly disrespected, usually I always have great service here. VERRRRY DISAPPOINTED!

I wont be ordering from here for a long time. Pizza: Cold Wings: Barely warm (and tasted "sour and nasty") Drink: Coldish Fries: Forgotten Driver: Seemingly drunk An update: My wife called to complain. She spoke with the local location and was transferred to a call center where she was put on hold for nearly ten minutes. Despite our complaints it took another 40 minutes to send the fries. The same driver showed up and provided a $10 off coupon which was all crumpled up, and the fries were cold. I normally dont complain or write reviews, and I definitely will not order from here again.

If Whitney wasnt such a HUGE jerk I might have ordered from there but when she cant figure out 52405 is the zip code in which she works and tells me Im an idiot for ordering in the same zip code I will order from dominos every day. This location is a HUGE joke. Pizza Hut should do the humane thing of putting this location down and serve the surrounding community in doing so.

I love having to order my pizza from Kansas to get one in Iowa. Pizza was cold and tasted burned and undercooked it was awful we ended up throwing it away it was so awful. We tried to call to complaint but we got sent off to a call center somewhere else. They wouldnt take our card the first two times around. Will never eat here again. Pizza Hut has gone down hill.

Lets see other than half an hour to deliver an order of 2 pizzas after the hour make time. (Im only 5 minutes from this location) Driver looked like hippie off the streets,name is jacques, and Luke warm pizza. My experience was great! Go to Dominos everyone I have never had to wait more than 25 -30 minutes total and good food is always piping hot and fresh

I had a bag experience, however Rhonda the manager was very accommodating, she made it right with respect and professionalism which is a rarity. I have been going to this pizza Hut for 2 years, she is an asset to pizza Hut corp. She cares about the customers, very hard to find. I will be back.... Deb Weaver

Called about the marinar sauce that was not delivered on two occasions and when I called to make sure I get it this time the girl that answered the phone argued me down about me needing to pay for it. What happened to good customer service. What happened to the customer is always right. Poor

We ordered our pizza @ 9:30pm & didnt even get it till 2 hours later @11:15pm , wrong toppings , cold and wasnt even cut right. We got rude service when we called to see where it was. The delivery man never gave me a receipt and even squeal his tires when he left. I am very unhappy!!

Dennis is the best delivery driver.. normally I cant get anyone to deliver pizza to fairfax. But Dennis always helps me out.. very friendly and punctual. Knowing we have kids he always brings plenty of plates and napkins!! Highly recommend asking for him!!

The pizzas were dry, and that was even after I requested extra sauce. I ordered online, and the system put in another Pizza Huts address to deliver to. Called, and wanted new pizzas-sorry, would be at least an hour. Bad experience!

Absolutely terrible service. I was told 30 min for delivery. Took over an hour and 45 minutes. Pizza was cold when it arrived and they offered a 3 dollar discount. They can keep the discount. I will never order this again.

No boneless pizzas!!! Very disappointed. It took over 5 minutes to get my pizza in store. When I got my pizza it had too much sauce. It was soggy and somehow dry at the same time. Terrible experience. Will try again tho.
