I have given Which Wich several attempts to earn my continued business, but 3 of the 4 experiences were horrible. First experience, no line and only 1 sandwich ahead of mine, wait =19min. Second experience, no line and no sandwiches ahead of mine, wait=21min. Third experience, 1 person in line before me and 3 sandwiches ahead of min, wait 14min. Last experience, 1 person in line and 2 sandwiches ahead of mine, wait=22min but sandwich was wrong one as a whole and they wanted just add missing ingredients to it even though it was wrong cheese, meat and veggies. I asked them to remake my order as ordered, additional wait=16min for 38min total. I had bought chips and drink and after conveying my disappointment, they offered additional chip and drink for free...smh. I will go to firehouse, Earl of sandwich, or any others. I mentioned I wont be back and they said to bring my receipt back to explain to whoevers working that I get a free sandwich. Can you imagine, walk in and say, "hey, you messed up my last order. You can give me a free one now." What business would think that was normal? Each one of you should go there and try it to see what happens. I wont; you can have my free sandwich as you explain what I went through to them...per Jason. *even though they didnt ask for my name and couldnt recall it from my order*

If it was just based on the sandwiches I would give them 4*, however the service at this location leaves something to be desired. I just tried ordering for an office lunch on-line. The on-line ordering service was down so I called to place an order. The person who answered said they were too busy to take my order and hung up. So we went to firehouse subs down the street.

This is my favorite sandwich shop on Mill Avenue. You create your own sandwich so the options are limitless. My favorite sandwich is avocado&tomatoes with feta cheese and balsamic vinegar. It is a great vegetarian option. Nice staff. I order online, then go there in 5-10 minutes. And, I always find my order waiting for me. Dont forget to get and use their rewards card.

If I could write 0 stars, I would. We ordered lunch to be delivered. Weve now been waiting for 3 hours... still not here. Would not recommend. Update: After 3 hrs 20 mins, we just got our food. The order was wrong. All around a bad experience. Will not be returning.

Which Wich has a large selection of sandwiches with a unique method of ordering. Vegetarians will be happy that there are five vegetarian sandwich options that each can be customized. The line moves quickly, and the food is pretty good.

One of the better of this chains locations in the valley - friendly staff, always clean, correct orders, soda & tea mixed correctly. Were pretty picky and we keep coming back to this location, even though its not the closest to home.

Neat experience. I had never been here before so having the chance to create your sandwich with the bags they had hanging on the wall was interesting. The food was good and quick and the servers were very nice.

Pricy, not woorth and service can be improved. You see bounty kind of rolls here instead of regular napkins. Even a regular veggie sandwich is bit expensive here.
