Wont be going back any time soon. I found it over priced ($17.56) for what little you get (two 8 inch sandwich, two medium drinks, two cookies). Only two people were working when my mother and I went in, the guy was friendly and helpful, but the woman was anything but. She took shakes out to people waiting on the patio, and when she came back in she was rubbing her nos, but went right to work on helping making our sandwiches. My mother gave her a a death look and told her to wash her hands and put gloves on. We ordered two drinks, and the lady did not give us our cups, we had to pull them from the stack ourselves. I will honestly say you get better customer service at a McDonalds and/or Walmart. Ill stick to Subway for sandwiches.

It is refreshing to have a sand which shop that is committed to making quality sandwiches. Sure they have a smaller menu then the traditional sub shops. But Potbelly knows what they do well, and they stick to that. I have had the Wrek and the Roast Beef. Both were great. They freshly slice the meat, and then they toast the sandwich. It is just the right size of sandwich. We also tried their ice cream sandwiches. It was pretty tasty. They are a good sized desert, and can easily be shared. Friendly staff, and clean restaurant. I have only been on weekend nights for dinner. I am sure it is busier for lunch.

People were nice and it was clean, but I go to these places for the food. How can potbelly hope to compete with The powerhouse Subway and the convenience of JimmyJohns delivery with expensive and smaller sandwiches? Hardly any meat was put on my wifes chicken salad sandwich and she wanted time option to toast or not. We both wish we had spent 16.00$ at subway instead. More food that is also delicious is always best. Sorry potbelly, never again.

We love that Potbellys has expanded into Utah, theyre a favorite of ours from the east coast. Though their sandwiches are not as giant perhaps as other chains, they offer higher quality and a wider variety of sandwiches with more gourmet toppings and combinations, like a Mediterranean sandwich with hummus thats pretty good. Their coup-de-grace are their ice cream sandwiches, made from their in-house cookies.

Absolutely delicious. I love their "wreck" sandwich. I have been waiting for 11 years for them to come Utah and they did not disappoint one bit. Sandwiches are perfect size and not expensive. They have underground parking with validation so you dont have to worry about parking in the area.

A great sandwich shop! Its different, tastier and fresher than any Subway or Jimmy Johns. The restaurant is clean and inviting. They even have live music occasionally. I love the Italian sandwich with oil and extra seasoning. The prices are cheap and the sugar cookies are the perfect dessert.

Just tried to go here for dinner on a Monday night at 6pm. The 2 employees were in the back (I could see their reflections on a window) and I couldnt get their attention. I tried yelling out to them but got no response. So I left and went a couple of doors down to Cubbys.

The food is good but the service is awesome! A milkshake order got messed up and they saw me eating by myself and gave me the shake for free. Im only a man and so couldnt refuse that sweet sugary goodness even if I didnt order it. Thanks Potbelly People!!!

New favorite sandwich shop. This place sells you bigger and better sandwiches for $6-8, which is typical. The quality of ingredients is so much better though. If there were more of these around, Id never eat at another Subway or Quiznos again.

"Nom-nom" is the best way to talk about this place. Its new to the area (from what I can recall) but a very welcomed guess. The interior is also fun and inviting so you can hang out with your significant other or friends easily.

The resturant has a great interior and the customer flow to order and get food seems to work well. The sandwiches they serve are delicious and generous in size. I will go back to taste more of the gastronomic delights.

The ice cream sandwiches are amazing! I also got a Mediterranean sandwich, which was okay but nothing special. The employees were really inattentive and spacey, which was interesting since we were the only customers.
