If you want to pay for food, that is served to you dressed without your favorite condiment than Pot Belly is the sandwich shop for you. Honestly, is it that difficult to allow your customer to eat their food they way they would like it served rather than they way Pot Belly feels you should want your sandwich dressed. Funny thing about this perspective is that is seems to forget who is the customer and who is paying the bill. Additionally, you will need earplugs to eat in this shop as they have amplified local talent singing their hearts out. For the size of the shop amplified is not need. Screaming your order to the staff and cringing around the corner from the talent, so that your ears are not ringing, while eating a sandwich that is not enjoyable, as it cannot be dressed with the most common condiment know to the human race ketchup, is a mess that I will not repeat. Additionally, I firmly recommend that you save yourself both your time and your money. Go to a different sandwich shop, there are plenty that have good sandwiches, good service, and will let you eat your food they way you like it.

The restaurant was filthy when we went. EVERY table was dirty, the toaster had old crumbs burnt everywhere. The scale used for weighing our meat had previous meat on it and there didnt seem to be any sanitation standards apart from the gloves the workers wore. There was meat sitting out and when we asked then why it was out in the open like that they told us it was cooking. Couldnt they put it in the back somewhere? On top of all that, there were 3 girls who were there and we were not even greeted coming in. After talking amongst themselves for a few minutes, one decided to come over and ask what we wanted. She didnt even say welcome or any other greeting that you would expect. Not impressed. Its a shame because the sandwich was decent. I will not come back just because I fear food poisoning.

Brooklyn, I wanted to tell you that you that you are going to go so far, You carry yourself so well and so professional. You are always taking care of your customers and employees. And have the ability to lead and teach. Your employer should really cherish you as an employee. Many companys look for people with your personality and attitude and fall short and end up exploiting them. Keep this in mind you add a ton of value YOURSELF to the market. I have personally ate several items from potbelly and Brooklyn by far makes some of the best Sandwichs pot belly has to offer. I have had several made by other employees and still to this day you make the best. I Absolutely will be eating at your Establishment again Thank you

Pretty good food at a fair price. I have tried several of their sandwiches, and all of them have been good, but never magnificent or mouth-watering. Its a nice change from Subway or Jimmy Johns. I havent had any issues with the customer service, so for me, the biggest issue is the food just isnt delicious. If you are looking for great food in the area, just go next door to Cubbys. The food there is delicious and wont leave you wanting.

Great food! We had no issues whatsoever when we asked to modify our order and if something had been missed on our online order it was kindly received and corrected quickly. I just think we all have to remember while reading other reviews that some people are hard, sometimes impossible, to please. We will be eating here very often.

The service could be better. I sat down and they had forgotten my dressing...ok no problem, I go back to the counter and NO one is there. I wait 3 min and still no one. I call out, still nothing. 15 min later she comes out and I can finally ask for my dressing. The food however was VERY delicious.

A great addition to the great selection of restaurants and cafes in the District. The sandwiches are excellent. Although, not too different from a Quiznos I felt. However, the shakes, malts, and soup selections really take Potbellys to the next level when it comes to sandwich shops.

I like this place a lot. Its pretty affordable in comparison to other sandwich shops. The Italian is awesome. Its easy to order here, they let you know all of the options you have for your sandwich so you dont miss out on anything. The workers were pretty nice too.

Come discover this place for yourself, Toasted sandwiches at their finest. Get the turkey breast with swiss and ask for hot peppers, avocado, lettice and tomato. There is a little bit of bread crumbs on the table but stop complaining wipe that stuff off and enjoy.

Very good food never been here and the lady making my sandwich was very nice and helpful wish I could of got her name. But the other two people helping me didnt really seem like they wanted to be there no costumer service. But over all the food was delicious.

Ordered Italian and order was completely wrong. No cheese. Added banana peppers, dill pickles and tomatoes when all I asked for was no tomatoes or mayo. Add brown mustard. No mustard added. Didnt even eat.
