I used to come here once a week for the past few months. But they RAISED THEIR PRICES 10% this week, while simultaneously providing smaller sandwiches! Why? Why should I pay more for less of the same? The food didnt get better. In fact, its worse, because the portion is smaller. I used to get full on half of the sandwich. Now I need to eat the whole thing to get full. Basically its twice as expensive now. Service here is poor. The cashiers should be fired. They are not nice and dismissive. I asked her if the prices went up, because I order the same thing and noticed it cost more. She looked at me like I was ridiculous for asking! She said "credit card rates went up so we have to charge more". I doubt that is even true. I asked if I pay with cash, then I should get a discount if that is true. She said "nope, same price whether cash or card". So she was obviously BSing me. I used to like this place a lot, but I doubt Ill get back here very often, if ever again. You cant just charge more and offer less. Thats greedy and insulting to your loyal customers. If you charge more, at least do something to make it seem less of a rip off. Give us a gold sticker, coupon, or something! $7 for a little sandwich isnt a good value. Ill be looking for another sandwich shop nearby.

Food is great, Ive been going there myself for a long time and its always been fine. Brought some friends who brought a 2yo recently, and the 2yo didnt like the sandwiches we got because they were too spicy. I went up to the counter and asked if I could just buy a side of Avacado (her favorite food) for the .75 add on price. Nope. They wouldnt sell it to me, Id have to buy a whole new sandwich. The other guy at the counter just blew me off like he didnt have the time of day. Had to get something elsewhere for her because a 2yo doesnt need a full sandwich. Sandwiches are great, customer service poor and Im disappointed to have this happen after I brag about the place and invite friends here. I wont be visiting any longer.

Have been going to this place for a few years now and had the most indifferent service today. Blond girl at register took my payment and I thought she was getting a bag for my to-go order as she turned away to get a bag. Then she looked at me confused as to what I was still doing there. I said I thought she was getting me a to-go bag. She said "oh no". I guess she was done with me already. This is a shame as the owners are really good people but should be more careful on who they hire.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG, THEN THEY TURN THEIR PHONES OFF FROM 11AM-2PM AND I LEFT A MESSAGE TO HAVE THE STORE MANAGER CALL ME BACK AND THEY DID NOT. WHEN I CALLED INTO THE ONLY STORE WHOSE PHONE NUMBER WORKED, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE M ANY INFORMATION OR HELP ME OUT AT ALL. WOW AZ SANDWHICH CO, AWESOME WAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. IT DOESNT EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR THE REVIEW SITE IS FORCING ME TO GIVE IT.

Hi owner and future customers, All I gotta say is haters gonna hate. Ive been going here for 2+ years. So what prices changed. Prices change everywhere. And btw, they didnt change much. Quality is always on point. And no I am not someone who was asked to write this review. This is because I think the negative reviews are false. Everyone that works there is nice. Rol Gas, your review is horrendous. I wish that businesses could review customers so that entitled patrons like yourself would be banned from businesses and they could avoid crap reviews like yours. This place makes great Sandwiches, they get super slammed around lunch because they are really good and people come back. I have ordered personally and for my company dozens of times and I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Usually we have a great experience but our shop gets lunch and does not use the catering service how disappointed was I to get our holiday lunch with stale tortillas and croissants that was 2/3 of my sandwiches for the shop. The subs seemed fine. The Potato salad looked good but lacked flavor and the macaroni salad was the same. With all the business this company does you would think they would work with fresh product.

I love this place because they are quick and the sandwiches are always on point. The sides are small and lack flavor, but they also have a wide variety of chips to complete a combo. I recommend this place if you need something quick and tasty. Pro tip: order the special of the day and your food may come out before those that ordered before you, if they either order more or something different from the daily special.

Delicious subs! Definitely very unique and homie feeling food! They are super fast at making your order people coming in and out all the time and the subs are STUFFED WITH MEAT! My husband got a #18 Hot Pastrami with over 3.5in of meat. I had the University #11 turkey, ham and roast beef 3.5 in of meat, mustard cheese. Just amazing! Def. Coming back!

A great lunch spot. If you work nearby, the service is quick enough to accomodate a half-hour lunch break. I had the Sparky (turkey, bacon and avacado) and really enjoyed it. A combo meal is about $7.00 and comes with chips and a drink. Im also a fan of the freestyle soda machine - vanilla sprite zero is my favorite so far.

So many tasty sandwich options! I try to branch out, but I just cant get something other than my favorites. The dinning area is a bit small, so you might want to plan on getting the food to go during peak lunch times.
