We were the only party (2) when we walked in. Two other parties that walked in after us got sat down before us. Got to our table the only staff there took our drink order. Never got our drinks, came to our table 30 min later and apologized, and repeated our order of drinks then took our order for food. Waited ten more minutes, no drinks came. All of the other four parties in the place were already grilling and eating. She came back again with no drinks and no food, apologized and walked away. We gave here three chances. I even went outside took a call as my other person stayed in to make sure she didnt think we left. The staff avoided all eye contact and walked by the drink station about 10 times. One party ate and paid by the time we walked out.

The food was tasty, but overpriced and very small portions. The regular menu was a little better with prices that were only a little steep and portions that were only a little bit smaller than usual. The BBQ, however, was ridiculously overpriced for a tiny amount of food. For $21.95 we ordered the pork ribs, and they gave us four slabs of pork with a large layer of fat. It was delicious, but the price was outrageous! The bulgogi was also very overpriced, and didnt even taste that good, the little bit we did get to eat. The service was pretty fast, but I would rather have more of my money or more of my food. Next time I will try Takamatsu. Oh, and the do NOT have a noraebang or anything karaoke, despite what their google account says.

Guk Mandu was excellent with home-made noodles and tasty broth laced with egg, onions, beef, and noodles. Dol Sot Bim Bim Bop was shockingly inferior. One tiny sliver of beef, few toppings, and rice uncrusted at bottom of clay bowl. From Korean restaurants from Vancouver, San Gabriel, to Cleveland, this was the worst preparation of this dish we have seen and they excused it as the typical style of Korea not having much, if any beef (or vegetables!). The soup had more! Table vegetables were interesting and enjoyable. Windows and floors needed cleaning, although this can be said for many places in Arizona.

Saturday, 5:00pm. One other party finishing their meal as we arrived, otherwise empty. We cooked at the table, pork belly and marinated beef. Comes with a basic green salad, the usual Korean sides including a great veggie pancake, and a bowl of good white rice. Nice friendly waitress, quick to refill the side dishes and help with the grill if you need it. Not the most romantic space, a bit bright and boxy, but they were putting flower vases on the tables as we finished. So maybe they dim the lights and it changes after sundown. Well be back to see. Very enjoyable.

The food was great but the service was the worst I have experienced. I had to cook the food at our table and they never came around to ask us anything. Never got a refill on water. I even had to go up to the front and ask to pay so we could leave. They even automatically charged me 18% tip for the worst service ever! I will never be going back and will have to find a new Korean BBQ to go to. And my bill came to almost $150.

The food was absolutely tasty! Well certainly be back again. The service was spot-on. They offered great suggestions for folks less familiar with Korean cuisine, but were attentive without being obtrusive. Be sure to try the first soup on the menu. It made the meal. We also tried Soju - an unexpected new favorite. Its rice wine that tastes more like vodka. Be sure to ask the staff for mixer recommendations.

The quality leaves much to be desired for the price, but as the area is heavily influenced by Chinese and Japanese cooking, the market for Korean BBQ is lacking in the first place. Acceptable only for lack of options. I recommend finding a good japanese grill place instead, while you wont cook your own food, at least itll be affordable and quality.

This was one of only three restaurants I have walked out on. After 45 minutes of no food and everyone around us having been served, even though they came in after us, we paid for the tea and left. The service is worse than horrible and all of the table grills were broken. Stay away, try Takamatsu instead!

After the waitress warmed up to us and trusted that we knew what we were doing with the grill and we knew what we wanted to order (this was not our 1st kbbq rodeo) it turned out to be a great find! The galbi was a bit fatty but the chaldobegi and kalbi were the best and their panchen was super great.

Waited for 30 minutes to get a table. Was ignored most of our time there just to get small expensive portions. It seems like if you arent Korean than your patronage doesnt matter. The only 2 other tables were given the royal treatment (they were Korean). Wont be going here again!

Great atmosphere.? Though I came on a Sunday evening. I can see it could be a happening place on another day. Karoke? Unfortunately I cant sing. Sam kyeopsal on point. Side dishes good. Soju good. Will have to come back on another night. Definitely recommend.

Overpriced, Slow service (Since there was only one girl working there on a Friday night, and there were a bunch of people!) The food was decent, but small portions. Not worth going. I felt bad for the waitress, she seemed very frantic.

It was good. We ordered the pork and squid as well as the bul gagi. The meats are a little fatty but flavor was good. Not as much spice as we expected. I would give it another try to explore more of what they have to offer.
