I ordered online eight days ago on the 10th of June. Right away I noticed that I was being charged twice. I noticed it was pending so I waited until it went through all the way. So I was charged twice: once for the 11th of June, and another for the 12th of June. I had my fiance call US Pizza, and they told her that we would need to bring in more information. So I stopped in after work, and the owner tells me that he would call the company that takes care of the online ordering later tonight. He tells me that it takes too long to call them, and he has things to do. I missed his call back later that night, and he leaves me a message saying that the company says they didnt charge me twice. So I go in on my day off to show him a print out of my checking account. We looked over it and he acknowledged that I was charged twice. He tells me that he will call me later because he is too busy, and calling the company takes too long. I tell him heck no, because Ive come in twice and its been eight days and I want to take care of it now. He continues to tell me that I will have to wait until tonight. So we argue for 30 minutes, and I tell him if he doesnt help me now that I will sue him in small claims court, and he will have to pay for the court fees, interest, and gas. He knew I was serious at that point, and finally began to slowly say he would call them now. I gave him an ultimatum that he had five minutes to call the company, or Ill see him in court. He began to tell me that I wasnt perfect, and that stuff like this happens. He also admitted that just a week prior a lady was double charged. He blamed it on her clicking the button twice, and said I probably did the same thing. Finally he gets on the phone, and it takes two minutes for him to get a hold of the company, and he gives me my 16 dollars. I will warn everyone not to do business with this company. He was laughing at me most of the time when I was talking to him, and laughed when I told him hed be mad to if he got double charged, and nothing was done. He also told me that online reviews meen nothing because people lie. The problem is that I have a copy of me being double charged, and Im not lying. Also previously when my fiance went to pick up our order the girl at the counter gave her a dirty look for not tipping. Why do we deserve a dirty look after we used our gas to come pick up our pizza?????

This review is about service, not taste. The pizza was fine; The service I received over the phone while ordering a pizza for delivery was NOT at all. I waited on hold for 2 minutes before dealing with a women who sounded like she really did not want to be there. She spoke to me in an extremely rude tone of voice and never once did I hear a "sorry for the wait" or even a "thank you!" I almost hung up the phone. I tried to email the company and it wont go through. I hope someone in charge reads these reviews. PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I absolutely love the food here but each time we order for delivery we get the same girl who answers the phone. She is rude no matter how nice you try to be to her and she seems annoyed you even bother calling to order. I almost cancelled my order this last time due to how rude she was. Shame a place with good food and prices would have someone working for them that has such poor customer service skills. Can only imagine how much business they lose because of her.

Online order at 5pm, large pizza,wings and zucchini, estimated time of arrival was 6, food didnt show up at 6pm at 7pm we called and were told it was almost there, 730 still no food, called again and was told we were not going to have to pay, food finally arrived and no wings, I sent all the food back, we were told they would call to rectify the situation but never did, very disappointed.

Not too pricey, just bought a pepperoni. Its incredible. The crust is thinner than most, but I like thinner crusts, it really brings out the flavor of the sauce (which is obviously home made). Fresh ingredients, way better than the corporate places like papa johns. 5/5, will order from them again. p.s. The delivery was fast, and still *very* hot. Excellent service.

I ordered for the first time online from this location and U.S. PIZZA is now our favorite PIZZA (no more Papa Johns). This location not only made us a delicous pizza with fresh ingredients but it was delivered HOT and our delivery guy was friendly. I give them thumbs up on thier customer service. We ordered their 24" party pizza. OMG! Not only was it big, but it was good. Weve decided to order this pizza every weekend when we get together. And to top it off, it was all only $20. One slice is enough to fill you up. Its too good. ^_^

Hole in the wall in the best and worst sense of the metaphor, great food at a great price, the place is a dump and the service is rude at best. However when you need a nice meal without spending too much US Pizza is a good choice
