Service horribly slow, even when its not busy. Food quality keeps getting worse (i. e. The chain came out with Extra Pepperoni pizza for $1 more than a normal Pepperoni pizza at $5. So they started making $5 pizzas with almost nothing but sauce and crust). Emails to corporate about slow service and "guaranteed hot & ready" not being met go unanswered. Hot & ready means I walk in, ask for it, and its in my hands and I leave. It doesnt mean I walk in, order, get told itll be ready in 5 minutes only to wait 15 minutes instead. Cashiers seem inadequately trained and often ask others for help on what seem like basic things. I had to quit going here.

I came in about 20 mins before closing. The lady at the register rolled her eyes as I walked in. I went to order and she said it was too late to order the pizza that I want so I had to get a pre ready pizza. They were annoyed that I came in so late and refused to cook the pizza that I wanted. They just wanted me out so they could close. Im glad someone else walked in as I walked out.

Look, its a $5 pizza ... Great for when the kids have friends over, or when youre hosting a playdate at the park. Personally, I dont care for the pizza itself, but the kids dont know/care any better. The service is always fast - "Hot & Ready" - and I can get in & out and feed the kids quickly. For the speed, convenience and value, its a hit with me to feed the kids.

Fast and pretty good pizza for a fiver. Employees are friendly and fast and walking in is usually quicker than most drive thrus (though it is walk in only) as they usually always have pizzas ready.

Good pizza! Nice atmosphere! Good Service! If they messed up they find a way to make it right! At times its really busy during dinner hour, so if your smart call ahead for your orders.

Good pizza for cheap. You can pop in and get a cheese or pepperoni for just $5. Only negative is they like to pile on the sauce.
