Let me preface this by saying that I took my family here for the first time yesterday. We had an amazing time, great food, the coldest drinks in town, and we found that this was just a great atmosphere with great prices. Five stars. However, one employee can really ruin an entire experience. This afternoon (4:30pm), I decided to take my son back and split a pizza and grab a drink (shirley temple for him and a beer for me). We ordered a pizza and walked to the register to pay. The gentleman at the register just happened to be the manager, which I learned later. Anyhow, he asked if we would like drinks. I said no thanks, we’ll get the drinks at the bar because they have frozen glasses. He gave me this look, which I can only say I perhaps somehow bruised his ego, and said it’s the same beer whether I get it from him or the bar. I simply said, again, the glasses are frozen at the bar, thanks though. He said something under his breath which I couldn’t hear, nor did I question it. I paid him and we walked to the bar all of 10 steps away. There, I was greeted by a very nice bartender who served me an ice cold beer and my son a shirley temple. Back to loving this place. So the pizza comes. I get up to get our silverware and napkins right next to where the manager is standing (at the register), and I ask him for a couple ranch dressings. He says they are 55 cents and I have to get them at the bar. I say okay, thanks. I walk over to the bar, just to have the bartender say they are located by the manager, and she sent a co worker standing next to her to retrieve one for me. I’m now standing there with this dumbfounded look, I explain my experience with this gentleman at the other register, she acknowledges my frustration in a way that explained that he was the manager here. She was great, and assisted us for the rest of our visit. I did verify on my way out that the gentleman I was having this issue with was the manager, and she confirmed. Love this place, and the employees, and maybe he’s a good manager. However, he managed to ruin this paying customers experience.

Went to meet a friend here, not knowing what to expect. What a delightful experience in a great atmosphere. Build your own pizza or pick from one of their many selections. They have classic choices or unique specialty pizzas. True Napoletana-style pizzas cooked in a wood fire oven that are heaven scent…pun intended. ;) It’s the type of place that you order, pay and take your number to your seat while you wait for the meal to arrive. In the time that it takes you to pay for your food, grab your drink, and find your seat, BAM! Your pizza is done. Oh, and their bruschetta is to die for! So many yummy flavors in mouthwatering combinations. The quality of their ingredients is top notch and their prices are so reasonable, I don’t know why you’d want to go anywhere else. One of my favorite parts is that all their beer on tap is LOCAL! I love beer and their selection was superb! Great happy hour specials too! And homemade cannoli’s!! OMG…yum! They have a cool patio with a huge connect-four game, beanbag toss, gigantic Jenga and lots of seating and shade. Loved it so much, I took my boyfriend there the next day for lunch and once again, it was fabulous! The staff from start to finish was on the ball, professional and friendly (both visits!). Hard to find these days! Needless to say, I’ll be going back without a doubt!

Decided to try Char out one day when running errands. The decor is modern, and they have a full bar which is rare for a counter place. However, their pizza leaves a lot to be desired. When we got our pizza the crust was underdone and still "doughy", and the center of the pizza was basically "soup". I didnt time it, but I am pretty sure it wasnt cooked long enough, and you generally should have some burned spots on the crust edges. I have never had such a runny pizza in my life. We actually left two pieced on the tray that we didnt finish. Possibly the worst Neapolitan style pizza Ive ever had, and definitely near the bottom of the list either way. :-(

There are several places around town with the same wood fired pizza concept that charge a flat price for unlimited toppings. Chars charges for each item added to its small, 12" pizza. My advise, order from the list of specialty pizzas and dont change or add toppings unless you dont mind the added higher cost. The pizza is really good, the toppings are fresh and mostly common. Its difficult to make a bad wood fired pizza unless the topping are not spread to cover all the bread causing the exposed edges to burn on top. Charing on the bottom is what makes wood fired pizza good. But please, lets not burn the top.

Amazing service, the food is absolutely wonderful, true to its name Char, the pizza is cooked to perfection and has a nice char on the bottom of it, the staff is friendly and treated us like family, the pizza is like none other we have ever had, the wines are OFF THE CHARTS palate-orgasmic awesome, the food came out quicker than we thought it would, the atmosphere and environment was welcoming, and if you are looking for high quality at a reasonable price, this is definitely the place to be. Will be referring all our friends and family and will become regulars here!

Great pizza. Came in with the family on 06 Aug. Staff provided attentive service. The pizzas are made to order. We had cheese; cheese with pepperoni mushrooms and spinach; farmers market and pesto party. All were flavorful and perfectly cooked. They also offer bruschetta and salads. There is a small bar with 2 TVs. Wine, beer and cocktails are available and we hope to come back and enjoy those with the pizza!!!

The food was good, I really likes their sauce. They have a great bar and wine selection and the patio has fun games for kids and adults. The service was between good and ok. They had some trouble with the misters in the patio but the manager got it figured out but it took some time and us asking a few more times. They also has some interesting pizza options if you go with anything listed on the menu.

First time last night, the atmosphere was fun the staff was super nice and the fire roasted Pizza was incredible. The staff is young but the owner is doing a fine job teaching by example. I saw her busing tables, which you never see. Thank you for taking the time to talk with us it means a great deal . Its a great place to take a date, even if your a married couple out on the town.

The food is good but they need more adults there. I made a mistake with my order and girl who works there with long hair and a braid rolled her eyes and walked away while I was trying to apologize. The person in front of me order a gluten free crust and that caused attitude as well. I will give it one more chance to see if the kids that work there are more supervised.
