Josie the shift lead is a horrible person I dont see how anyone can be so rude to their customers. We have a big party of about 20 people and we need plates for pizza ( had to ask 3 times just to get enough ) then when its time for cake we ask for more plates and she tells my nephew (in a rude tone) you only get 8 he says we need more she gives him 2 more and says now thats 10 thats enough. All while my wife is standing there getting a refill and heard it all. She tells Josie dont you talk to my nephew that way we have spent a lot of money and we have a big group we need more plates, of coarse she denies saying that. Other customers around told us shes always like that. Now this place isnt a bad place its just her , I feel bad for her employees. I think corporate needs to have her retrained in customer relations.

This is a great location after the remodel every thing looks new and the place has a nice clean appearance that makes you want to be there. Not only that but the food and service is top notch. I revived my food in a timely manner and the manager was making sure that all the guest were satisfied with there food. What my daughter loved more then her pizza was the games they were all operational and clean. She really had a great time and when she was ready to cash in her tickets the prize pod was fully stocked so she had a wide verity of prizes to choose from, and there was an attendant there who was friendly and helpful. I really felt like my experience was an overall 5 stars. P.S. They refilled the straws and napkins.

For a Friday night, especially when they knew they had two school fundraiser events scheduled, they were sorely understaffed. Luckily, because of it being the holidays, our school had a low turn out, or it would have been a nightmare. The wait for food orders was reasonable, but the game room and prize counter were painfully unserviced. They also lacked the staffing to execute the "games" that are usually associated with the school nights. ** MAURICIO ** This young man will go far in life! He was personable, attentive, demonstrated a sense of urgency, and delivered exceptional customer service!!

I loved this pizza when I was a kid in Denver (late 80s-early 90s) and I had been to Arizona locations as a teenager and it was still awesome. Its now horrible! Its tasteless at best, and they may just use tomato paste as sauce as far as I can tell. Super slow service (hour at least), they got my order wrong at first and barely put any cheese on the vegetable side twice. If youre someone like me looking to relive the glory days… Just dont! Dont make the same mistake I did.

I love Peter Piper Pizza actually its my favorite pizza ever however this location does not know how to make a pizza Ive been here four times since moving to the West Valley and each time Ive came they messed up my pizza they make pizzas dry they are skimpy on the toppings it is just not good at all I will continue going to Peter Piper Pizza but will stay away from this location it is horrible!

Had two birthday parties there and had the same girl hosting both times. I wish I remembered her name because she was great. Made everything smooth and easy for us. Guests always comment how the pizza is way better than chuckee cheese. I also love how the game area is separated from the dining area, its much safer that way in my opinion. Game area is smaller but cleaner so overall win.

Ate there on Saturday and my husband and I have been sick sick sick ever since! We have had stomach aches, night sweats and overall weakness. Ive had diarrhea for two days! We usually go here with our kids but this time the entire pace was freezing cold inside. Despite customer to turn the air down, they didnt. I wouldnt even give this a star but I have to rate in order to post.

The service there sucked. I waited almost an hour for a pizza and wings. The blonde hair girl must have had poor training she didnt take my order right. Then after my order as others were waiting in line she was on her cell phone texting! Very very poor service. I hope you try to improve this mess.

Cleanest Peter Piper Pizza location Ive ever been to. Very refreshing if youre like me and go to Peter Piper Pizza a lot. The staff was super friendly as well, which is also something Im not used to at most of their other locations. Just a welcoming experience all around. Well done all!

Seems like this place is a bit understaffed for its "busy" times. Coin machines werent working, fountain drinks were out of carbonation and there was no one able to assist because they were all at their stations. But the kids like it.

Service and food were both okay TVs could have been put on something better that were near me for the place being crowded the service was still quick I would go back to this place but I wouldnt go out of my way.

The pizza is ok. The loaded tater tots are awesome. The kids always have a great time there. They keep the eating areas pretty clean. Good place for a birthday party because they cleanup the mess.

Clean place, tons of games and TVs to keep the kids busy. Pizza is pizza, not great but edible and there are other menu choices. Pizza bday partys are popular and reasonable priced for kids

Went for the school fundraiser. It is beyond me why they cant figure out how to have a buss boy out cleaning tables when you know that the staff will be at peak capacity. Place was a mess.
