There was a line forming people must be coming in from Christmas shopping. One register was opened . The other people who worked there said they would help but they have a new manager who will not let them use the register. So I had to wait 15 minutes for him to come and take my order. What kind of deal is that? I have been coming here for months its the closest . I never had a issue with the other people that work there saw a lot of familiar faces they all are hard working and ready to help. But they cant now. Only another person was at the second register but she was slow. And kept asking for help she said I am the only one who is allowed? Sounds like she is full of herself she didnt know anything. Also the man manager is very rude, He yells hey you to his employees. I already complained about the poor manager service but decided to write a review. Teach your manager some manners. And let others help thats what they are there for.

Would Rate zero if possible.. Called to order 8 pizzas for my sons birthday tomorrow and then ordered a pizza and wings for tonight at 5:30. Said it would be an hour...called again at 7:30 and somehow my order for tonight for placed on tomorrows order....ok someone made a mistake. They said they would have my order to me in 30 mins....after 45 minutes I call in and my order clearly wasnt coming. Asked to speak with a manager to cancel and have both my orders refunded and they didnt even seem to care. Said they tried calling me twice but my phone never even rang..and they look up my order with the same order. Clearly not ordering from them anymore. There are a dozen other pizza places that would love my business. Bad customer service Pizza Hut...what a shame.

Ordered online and was quoted 25 mins. 45 minutes later still no pizza, called in to check the status and eas told that the driver had left the store 20 minutes prior (I live 3 miles from the store). I understand the driver has multiple places to deliver and that isnt what was the most frustrating. The irritating part was the non-chalant employee that answered my staus check call. I was totally brushed off and when I asked to speak to a manager, of course they were on another call (probably with another upset customer). Guess I will be taking my pizza elsewhere...

Absolutely terrible. Placed order for delivery at 4:02pm promised a 4:32 delivery time at 5:00 called to check on order they ensured it was In route at 5:20 we received our order that looked like it was cooked the day before. Called to make the manager aware and they refunded our money with no apology.

Was in Friday after work it was busy. While waiting there was a young lady who was cursing at another co-worker. It was obnoxious . I asked if there was a manager around a young petite lady said their manager sits outside all day smoking. Tailgaters is right next door I think they may be more friendly.

Never have had an issue. Order on-line for delivery. Order is always perfect. Food is always hot and fresh.
