Called in to complain about our food.. we got 2 calzones that were under cooked as well as a salad that was warm and wilted.. just was calling to bring it to the managers attention. Asked for a manager and spoke with Dina.. She said she was going to place me on hold but instead forgot to and was talking crap in the background stating that she isnt going to refund any money and that all I was calling for was free food which was not the case. I asked if there was anyone higher I could speak to and she said to call tomorrow and speak with her father AL. At that point I requested my money be refunded and she was very rude and said to speak with her father tomorrow. I will NEVER order from this place again. Its always something! Customer service was absolutely DISGUSTING that a "manager" would even think to talk to its customers like that.. especially "regulars" who order from them multiple times a week! Dina-- look for a new job, sister! Customer service isnt your industry!

I was a regular, ordering maybe once a week. I placed the same order every week. This time i got 2 sets of chesse sticks instead of 2 cheesecakes. I called to let them know. When the driver returns with the proper order he says i have to bring the chesse sticks back or my manager will be pissed. Fine i gave them a chesse sticks but i was not even refunded the difference. Then i open the bag and it looks like if they cut one chesse cake enough and box them separately. So i decided to call and speak to the manager. As i was explaining how i am a regular and i order the same thing as a courtsey you should of refunded me the difference or allow me to keep tge chesse sticks and the guy laughs and says "you think im going to discount you $10 for a mistake your crazy". Well in that case luna pizza you have lost me and everyone i recommended to you as a customer. Customer service is key and you clearly lack it.

Average Italian food. Not bad, but not great. This is my fourth time trying Luna with the previous three orders delivered via GrubHub so I wanted to see if dine-in food was any better. I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and a slice of cheese pizza. The spaghetti dinner comes with 3 garlic knots which were the best part of the entire meal. The pasta was way over cooked, far beyond al dente. The spaghetti sauce was very watery and the meatballs dont have all that much flavor and are quite bland. The slice of pizza was okay but seems like it had been sitting on the warmer for quite a while. Overall, not a terrible meal, but certainly not the best Ive ever had either. Will give them another try on another day. My last delivery order was the chicken parm which was quite good so Im not ready to give up on this place yet. Dining room was quite clean and staff were very friendly so that is a plus.

TERRIBLE FOOD, RUDE WORKERS, DO NOT GO HERE. I ordered a black olive pizza and the black olives were spoiled. I felt extremely nauseous after taking one bite of the pizza AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND/MAKE ME ANOTHER PIZZA. The best they could do was give me a "few dollars" off of my "NEXT ORDER" after having to talk to 3 different people...... The pizza cost me close to $20......This is how they treat their customers???? They should feel EMBARRASSED.The food is OKAY on its best day and garbage like days like this. They should be ashamed to call themselves New York Style Pizza. Save your hard earned money and go someplace else.

Friendly staff that tries to remember you, and is partly run by a family. Multiple letters on display showing praise. Due to being frequent loyal customers , the owner once even gave us free "pinwheels" (pepperoni rolls basically, really good) out of his own courtesy. Good food, nice portions , nicely maintained , and fair pricing for quality of food . I believe they deliver aswell , but they dont let that hold up orders long, even when busy.

Weve been ordering from here for over 7 years, and quality is usually top notch. The couple of times there have been issues with order were quickly resolved and the owner is fantastic. Pizza is good quality, sandwiches are excellent, with choice of either steak fries (very good), or chips. Pasta and wings are good as well, with (usually) fat wings, not all bone like some other places.

Probably the best calzone I had in town, not too big, just the right size for one person. But order the appetizer plate with cheese stick, fried zucchini sticks, and wings. It looked really sad, 3 zucchini sticks,just 3 wings and 4 cheese sticks. The plate look kinda empty I needed more zucchini. But very nice remodel inside we were very suprise by the upgrades.

The food is like going to an Italian moms house who cooks all day with love, but you can get the food delivered to your house! Omg I got the stuffed shells and cheese pizza slices and I am hooked, I will only get pizza and pasta from Lunas....what a hidden gem!! Best food Ive had in years! Thank you lunas!

Ive been going here for a few years. We normally get a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza. We tend to go every few months, but we had been there a couple months in a row and were surprised to see they expanded! They are going to add booths next so we may actually eat there sometime.

I have gone three times to this place, and I really like what I get which is a submarine. That is sub that they serve, and I get it with a side of fries. The only complaints are the table space and the tables feel sticky which makes it seem like the place is dirty to me.

Great Pizza. Except, Ive noticed last week there was less sauce & less cheese. Made for a very dry Pizza... If they could add a reasonable amount, Id be 100% pleased. Will ask, because Ive been ordering there once a week. Since, I moved over to this side of town.

Love the pizza, garlic knots, and marinara sauce. My personal favorite is the calzone thought!!! OMG!!! They are huge and soooooo good! They deliver and they are really nice. This is our favorite local pizza joint so far!!!

This is a great place. They actually expanded. The food is real authentic Itallain. Super good flavors. Cannollis ate deliciousness and they have wonderful salads, Italian sausage, meatballs, minnestroni... Yummy

Ive been to Lunas at least a couple dozen times, and Ive loved it every time. The owner is very kind, the staff is friendly, the food is always fantastic, and the newly remodeled, larger interior looks amazing.

One of my two best pizza places. Thin, crispy crust, with lots of cheese. Bomb Chicken parmesan spaghetti and some good spaghetti with meat sauce, either one with a fresh salad on the side. Nice family place!

Dont be fooled by the mini-mall location - this is authentic New York style pizza, with genuine New Yorkers running it. Great food, at a great price. And you can even get a single slice if you want to!!!
