We love cold stone but probably wont be going back to this location the lady behind the counter just seemed like she had a attitude and totaly sucks at making shakes my husbands shake was very liquidy he asked her to make it thicker she took it and attempted to make it better then gave it back to him and it wasnt any better at all and i went in because i bought a coupon book from one of the local school and they wouldnt honor it i normally go to the one in goodyear and they are awesome !! I will probably go to that location if i decide to go back !!

MY RATING WOULD BE " 0 " STARRS **** THIS IS THE WORST COLD STONE CREAMERY EVER.!!!!!! THE SIZE OF THE PRODUCTS ARE VERY SMALL FOR THE PRICES...OUR SHAKES WERE LIKE DRINKING MILK THATS HOW THIN THEY WERE !!!!!! OH BUT THEY HAVE A TIP OPTION ON YOUR RECIEPT THOUGH !!!!!!! I KNOW WE WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! .. ALSO IT WAS HOTTER THAN HELL INSIDE OF THIS LOCATION!!!!! ...EVERY OTHER LOCATION IS ON THE A.C. TO THE POINT THAT YOUR FROZEN..BUT NOT HERE !!!! OVER ALL THIS LOCATION AND EMPLOYEES SUCK !!!!!!!

The wife and I always stop in Fridays after diner for our special creations to top off the week. We sometimes will have to wait and drool over the ice cream being mixed by the people behind the counter, but it is worth it. Always greeted by a friendly smile and what can I make for you today, it brings a smile to my wifes face to see them make something special just for her. When I say, "Ill have the same as last time" they know exactly what I want.

The rude girl working the counter today gave my wife crap about using cupons and then she made the ice cream all wrong. If she doesnt know the difference between snickerdoodle and butterfingers... she shouldnt work at a place that complicated. Maybe a toll-booth would be more her speed.

Watered down shakes are really gross thats not how you make a shake please fix this. I dont think they should have a tip jar either, do your job correctly no one else gets tips for doing their jobs why should you feel entitled to get a tip for scooping ice cream. Out of the question.

Small with only 5 tables. Can be really busy in the evenings. With that said, this place does well getting orders out quickly and right. Would recommend if your going in and getting out.

Its cold stone whats not to like of their flavored, but the portion size between med and large is not much at all. Save yourself a buck and just get the medium size.
