It is 2:30 p.m. on a beautiful, sunny Friday, when some schools still have Spring Break - and they have *ONE* employee working. ONE. Poor. Swamped. Kid, who I found out later, has worked here just a few weeks. It took 15-20 minutes just to even get to order. That is the beginning of what would ordinarily be a *ONE STAR* review. But, because of that ONE poor boy working alone *****CLARENCE***** I give our visit FIVE STARS. The ONE employee - HE gets FIVE STARS! The boy has what I call "hustle." Other people call it "common sense." Whatever you call it, Clarence has it! He is GOOD! If he was stressed or overwhelmed by being the only person working with a swarm of customers waiting, he didnt let it show. He handled each order with precision and patience, and most importantly, with a smile. His delivery of outstanding customer service in the face of very averse circumstances is commendable! His demeanor, his execution, his service, tamale what could have easily and justifiably been an awful experience into an awesome one!

New owner...new crew ...RUDE!!! finally broke down after a month or so under new ownership and tried it out...and can I just say I was right to boycott after how they treated the former employees that they fired the day they got the keys and fyi..just because you update the look of the store doesnt make up for bad product and poor customer service...need to focus on customer service and quality product...not supposed to have to chew a blended frozen drink...I was right to stay away.... shady business practice dont deserve my patronage! Wont be back...got lots of coupons though!!!

I agree with Jennifer. Customer service is definitely lacking. Two years ago customer service was a huge priority at this location, however that no longer seems to be the case. The store does look nice and it is well kept however I will not be returning. I like to believe that Im a very easy customer to deal with especially since Ive worked at Baskin before but I was still treated with disrespect and received an unnecessary response when I asked who the new manager was. Thankfully there are two other Baskin Robbins in the area all of which have amazing customer service.

I will never set a foot at this location. I placed an order 3 days before pick up. I get to this location and my cake is no where to be found. The girl who helped me never submitted my order "lack of communication" they say. I needed the cake so i went back to pick it up and just a miserable 10% off military & im not even military. Horrible service.

I cant say about previous reviews but I just left this place and it left a good impression. Tyler and Sami did a great job taking our orders but most importantly, my five year old was eating her ice cream cone and dropped it. Sami and Tyler grabbed the old cone and offered my daughter a new one. Thats great customer service. Great job guys.
