The food here is great! However the service is not! I am a frequent customer here and every time I order the same exact thing the price is different every time. What I order is on the lunch menu for $6.75, online they have a coupon and orders over $10 get a free egg roll. I get this every time and the bill comes out different prices every time I know they have a deliver fee of $3 but the price changes its either $14 one day and the next its $17 or $18 and the last price is paid was $23 and not every time I call its the same person. I finally said something to and one of the workers told me that we have different prices for different customers! I was speechless when he said that because I eat here all the time. When I asked him what is the price for a frequent customers he charged me a flat rate of $14 for my meal and that included the deliver fee. The next time I ordered the bill came out to $17 and I mentioned that I am a frequent customer and the last guy charged me 14$ even, I mentioned that after he already charged my card the 17$. The person who took my order did not understand English that well, so after a 10min phone call of trying to explain the deal he finally just put someone else on the phone to finish my order. The guy told me he would refund me my money for the confusion and mistake so I would only be charged 14$ and it would take at least 7-10 business days for the return. So a week goes by and I call back to order once more time and I asked about my refund and the guy asked me for my card info so he could look up the receipt and so after I gave him the info and said he had to wait until he got home to look at the receipts give a call back next week. I called next week and asked about my refund once more and the gentlemen told me he FORGOT to look call back next week! So I called back next week I’m upset at this point I know it’s only a 3$ difference so I’m confused as to why this is taking so long.....I call back and the guy tells me he FORGOT AGAIN!!!! Another guy try to get on the phone to rectify the situation. I explained myself so many times I’m fed up! I still have not received any phone call or any type of refund it has been 2 weeks since the last call of the guy telling me he would personally handle the refund and give me a call back and this still hasn’t happened. I feel cheated out of my money, on top of that I always tip them good when they deliver.

Im sad to say that I am done going to China Wok. I have been eating there since the mid 90s. I think it changed ownership somewhere in the early 2000s and I really tried hard to give them a fair chance. my wife would complain that the vegetable dishes were all cabbage or all broccoli, and that they werent very fresh. Im a Mongolian beef man and theirs is all over the place. sometimes its tender, sometimes its tough, sometimes its bland and last time it was so salty I couldnt eat it. Its as if they have a different cook working every day and only one of them knows how to make the food. I got tired of defending them. Once my wife called them to complain that the broccoli in her dish was yellow instead of green and they brushed her off and didnt want to replace it. that was it for them. for those of you that live in the area I suggest Yummy Yummy on Thomas and Scottsdale in the Albertsons plaza. In my opinion they are what China Wok used to be before they just started going through the motions. To be fair my last visit to China Wok was more than six months ago, Maybe theyve changed for the better, but Ill never know.

Three and a half stars I had the beef and broccoli Ala carte which was a huge portion (I appreciated that a lot) a little bland but still pretty good. The crab ragoons were bomb. We got Wanton chips they were good but wanton chips are good anywhere. They said it was going to be 45 minutes for delivery... it was far less,which was great. My girlfriend had the beef fried rice it was bomb better than the beef an broccoli. We got the biggest orders an it was all only 22bucks. The delivery Guy was very nice. Id order from again most definitely. Not 5 star dining but great value, decent food, and great staff.

Ive been ordering from here for years. Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Delivery it generally pretty quick. However, this only got 4 stars because of their site. The site claims that you can order online, and appears to be designed and set up to do as such. However, for over a year now, it simply claims "Note: This restaurants order online feature is not enabled yet. Please visit us later." I find that highly disappointing. Sometimes, I just want to be lazy, not talk to anyone, and have the food brought to my door. Please fix the site so this review and rating can properly reflect your quality.

It was ok, their portions of gotten smaller in their service is still nice and decent on their place if you going to eat it okay but if you order out if you order for delivery their portions are small their lo mein has no taste its all oily and greasy this has to be the best place I used to recommend it to everybody but I have to be honest the last 5 times Ive order there I just cant even eat the food anymore I dont know what happened but whoever is cooking the food now needs to go away

I ordered food from there yesterday had it delivered to my house. I always order from there and never had a problem before but the rice I had ordered for me and my kids tasted foul and it had a weird smell. The soda was flat too. I will be notifying the city maybe they can send a health inspector to there place. I spent 30 dollars and was pissed off that I couldnt eat my food.

The group that I work with and I order from this place at least once a week! The food always arrives fast, hot and is always exactly what we ordered! The Spicy House Chicken is a group favorite and the crab angels are the some of the best I have had anywhere! They dont skimp on anything and the fact that they carry Pepsi products is a huge plus for me...

Late lunch = delicious! I used to work down the street from China Wok and would have food delivered to the office all the time. I live in south Phoenix but drive over for this food - its that good. I always order the pork fried rice, the chicken on a skewer and the fried dumplings. Delicious as usual and the service is always superb.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I gave this place two chances, and both times my boyfriend and I became incredibly sick the following day. Besides being poisoned, the food doesnt even taste good. All of the entrees are very soup-like. The meat and veggies are encased in a runny goop substance and both the texture and flavoring is disgusting.
