This place is great. I got home, ate my orange chicken, cracked open my fortune cookie and it was empty.... I am thinking to myself that this is a VERY bad thing... Does this mean I am dead? I still feel alive... what is happening... So, I took my fear to google, and it turns out I am not dead. It says it means I have good luck, and that has to be true because they cant put anything on the internet that isnt true. I am glad to know I am not dead, however the fortune is my favorite part of panda.. so I called and spoke to a nice lady who works there and she kindly cracked open a fortune cookie and read it to me over the phone. Good customer service.

Slowest, most spacey customer service ever. Half the staff was just standing around. The teenage girls didnt have a clue what was going on, waited forever for our food just to have one come up and say "um are you waiting on something?" Situational awareness! The other teenage girl was moving as if she was half asleep with a dumbstruck look on her face. 8 people behind the counter during a slow time of day, no line when we came in, and we waited more than 20 minutes for FAST FOOD.

I enjoy panda express very much. Its the best fast food Chinese place around! My boyfriend ordered on Saturday February, 25, 2017. He says that his food was great and tasted fresh. I opened my food and I was missing the sweet fire chicken. We both ordered plates so we get 2 sides each. Obviously I got one side and an entrée. I expect to get what we pay for. We never complained that night because he went in around closing time. We will not be returning to the Clinton Location.

I was waiting in the drive threw for literally 40 minutes. The chicken I wanted would be a wait they said so I older something I didnt really want then I finally get to the window and now its a wait for that as well. The girl said she threw in an extra egg roll for the wait that didnt happen either. And the food wasnt even good. Im very disappointed and wont be dining there again.

Worst service. They open at 11:30 I went on my lunch break and still closed 11:45 they still hadnt unlocked the doors. You could see them inside talking and laughing. They unlocked the doors at 11:50 and there was no good ready. I finally left and went to taco bell next door. Next time Ill head to layton. The wait is always ridiculous here.

This review score is not about the service. Staff was great. It is easter and i tried to tip all staff members equally and was told I cannot. I have extreme social anxiety and ptsd. Them being unable to accept due to management made me so embarrassed and filled with anxiety I will never go here again. It is easter they all deserve tips.

Decent enough as far as fast American Asian food goes. This location though seems to have a real issue with ordering enough product to meet customer demand. On 2 different occasions now at entirely different times over the last year Ive visited this location to pick up food for my wife and theyve been out of one of their primary entrées.

Ordered ahead online, still the slowest Panda experience ever. Placed order at 7:30. It says the order would be ready by 7:40. We show up at 7:46. Sorry teriyaki chicken isnt ready. 10 minutes. 7:56 nothing. 8:02, they finally bring the teriyaki chicken. Only giving it 2 stars because they gave us drinks for free because of the wait.

I was lightly whelmed. The interior was clean and pretty. There was little selection. A full third of the food choices on the menu werent available. The food was standard non-authentic "chinese-but-never-made-by-real-Chinese-people" food. Id eat there again If it was this or costa vida but its seriously not that good.

Seriously dont waste your time here. Drive to Roy. Or Layton. This is by far the slowest Panda Ive ever been to. If you do go here plan on waiting AT LEAST 30 minutes for your food. I cant even eat Pandas food anywhere anymore even though its my husbands favorite because Ive had such bad experiences here.

Dispite the bad reviews this place has gotten I found this to be on par with the others I have been in. Granted, we went inside and not thru the drive thru. The staff was very courteous and pleasant. The food was hot and fresh. Though right after us a large family order came through the drive thru.

Waited 40 minutes in drive thru line. Wouldve pulled out after 15, but was locked in by the curb. Nobody even came to the window to let us know the ETA on our food. The inside was not busy and there was 2 ppl in the drive thru in front of us. We drove away without the food. Not worth the wait.

Other Panda Express restaurants used to be at least palatable, but this one was abysmal. The food was cold and tasted like it was purchased pre-frozen and microwaved at the restaurant. I was hungry but still couldnt finish my meal. I will never go there again in my life.

Slowest service ever! I made an online order and got there to pick it up and they hadnt even started it yet. Took 30 minutes to get my food. Whats the point in ordering online if Im still going to have to wait? Took longer than the people that just walked in.

No beef with the broccoli beef. They do not have high chairs or booster chairs and no changing tables for babies in the restroom. Also tried to give us the meal from the customers behind us. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they were nice and fast.

Great service and smiling faces. As always pandas food was great. What this location has over others is the happy employees. I was grumpy because I had to deal with people all day, their happy demeanor helped turn my day around. thanks! Means a lot.

My daughter always likes to go in to see the food and order. We had to wait for a few minutes for spring rolls. Victoria was awesome and gave us complimentary drinks while we waited. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious! Great experience!

We usually love this place. Tonight however we came in and ordered the Family Feast. This was around 8 PM, we waited 35 minutes before we got our food. Food was good and they did offer free drinks which is why they get the 3 stars.

Make sure you bring a book to read while you wait. The staff stood around and talked while orders piled up...30-40 min wait times, clueless cashier...couldnt do simple math, and on top of all that, the food was cold. Avoid.

worst Panda Express the whole f****** state!!!! Food is never ready when they open, drive thru is slow as hell. I would not advise going to this one I would take the extra time and drive to Roy and go to theirs.

Not a huge fan of panda but went there with my parents for dinner. Im 30 weeks pregnant and the next morning I ended being hospitalized for severe food poisoning. Would NEVER recommend.

The food is alright. Now that I have said something nice, Ive been here multiple times with 30-40 minute waits. Avoid coming here. Drive to another city, it will be faster. No doubt.
