I am completely dumbfounded by the way my family was treated after our order was delivered entirely wrong. We called, hoping to make it right and were told "Oh well. You can buy something else if you want or you can bring us the food back." Excuse me while I pick my jaw up off of the floor! Thats right, they wanted US to correct their error and pay for it too. My husband was mid sentence when a woman started screaming at him, then hung up on him. I am still in shock over the lack of respect this business has for their customers. Its really too bad because we love Chinese food.

Awesome food for the price, and the "rude guy" at the front counter is actually part of the hole-in-the-wall atmosphere, along with the paper plates and the best lunch food 5 bucks can buy. They have a giant tray of cookies up at the front for you to get until your hearts content, and the dude who runs the place is actually pretty interesting and cool as long as you dont expect him to smile and tell you to "have a nice day". Go here! You wont regret it! Just... um... order to go if you are ordering between 1-2, so you dont take our table. Thanks.

"Rude guy" at front truly ruined it for us. There was a missing item from our order and instead of immediately apologizing he told us he double checked it and that it was in the bag. We never asked for a refund and offered to pick it up again he acted as buying it again was the only option. Then explained it cost a lot to remake for free after it was a mistake on there behalf. Sadly, the food is good but his service was awful. We wont be returning.

Setting aside the rude staff (especially the guy who took order over the phone) their food is bland and has as little meat/seafood as they can muster to call it by the title of the dish. Seriously wasnt expecting much but this was ridiculously bad service and food. We took a few bites and tossed the rest (not even to our dogs). Lets just say that even Panda Express has them beat. I would, however, recommend the Italian deli right next door.

Dont use their online ordering system! Doesnt work or get your order right. Then they put onions in everything even add on fried rice, when I asked for none gross! I got sweet and sour chicken when I ordered Kung Po. We may try them again, not sure at this point. Sweet and sour chicken was very bad, like little balls of leather. Kung Po would have been so much better...thats why I ordered it :)

Just picked up dinner, was very good. Classic hole-in-the-wall Chinese takeout place. Most of the single room was the kitchen, with 4 or 5 tables along the opposite wall. Reasonable prices, they packed the pint cardboard fried rice boxes tight. Just waiting for the young delivery kid on a bicycle to show up - oh wait, this is the suburbs... Will be back.

The food here was super fresh and incredible. Whenever i have Chinese food i always feel sick afterwards and this is the first time Ive never felt sick after eating it. I dined in and it was cute and fast. You dont have to dress up. You can just pop in and enjoy. The food was amazing and I am very satisfied with this restaurant! I will be back! :)

This is a classic Chinese Food restaurant you would expect in New York City or Philadelphia in Chinatown. Fast service, huge menu, all my favorites....I feel this is excellent food at a very reasonable price. They are inexpensive for the made to order Chinese food you would pay much more for back east in the US.

Oil on the food smelled rancid. I was served on a Dixie plate and every service I touched was sticky (table, chair, little plastic cubby where you have to get a plastic fork) I thought they must be new. Wrong being that there are reviews here years old. Get it together and wipe the tables at the very least.

Great food! The ambience of the restaurant is very simple but the food definitely makes up for that everything is cooked fresh to order and they make sure that the quality is top-notch all the time I am pleased to say that there has not been an time that I was not satisfied with their foodd chance

Order the beef fried rice beef was not cook good I called and complained. The lady was on the phone was rude !on the delivery I gave the guy cash tip and he complained that Id never gave him tip wasnt really good experience at this restaurant

this is my go to spot for back east style Chinese food. I love their hot and sour soup and havent been disappointed with whatever I order. I dont recommend eating in, this is purely a take out style restaurant.

Food is average, there is a man working at the front counter who has been incredibly rude to me the couple of times I have been there. Because of him, I wont eat here anymore. That man deserves to be fired.

Ordered a chicken and rice soup and fried chicken. the broth was red in color, the chicken was long stringy and rubbery and was just gross and had to throw must of it out. Will NOT go back ever again

BEST Chinese food in AZ!!! Employees are great, super fast delivery, and the food is ALWAYS piping hot! We used to only eat Chinese food when we visited family in NY. Beijing brought NY style to AZ.
