I am a frequent customer here, but lately things have gone downhill. I dont know whats going on but lately this Panda Express has been low on supplies multiples times. Ive came in and asked for a two entree and one side TO GO and then was told that they had RUN OUT of the styrofoam plates and it had to be put into a bowl? The two entree and a side is one of the main deals that you supply, how do you run out of the MAIN thing you put your food in?!? You would think that who ever is in charge would think about having some in stock. Also, another time when I stopped by for my lunch break, I ordered and then payed for my food, I went to get some utensils and saw that there was none? I asked an employee for some more and was told that they had RUN OUT! I then ask for chopsticks instead... guess what, NO CHOPSTICKS. How does this happen? How do you run out of UTENSILS? As a FOOD restaurant how do you run out of these? How do you expect customers to eat without utensils? I am sure I am not the only one unsatisfied and frustrated by this. It has come to my attention that there has been a change in managers and I assume that this lack of supplies is from this new manager. I am not sure what it takes to become a manager but one would think that in a food environment, the customers interests would be acknowledged and met, and the manager would supply the store with containers to eat from and utensils to eat with. This has never happened before in the multiple times I come here. Overall, I am not satisfied in the new way this place is being ran and will be taking my business else where.

Food quality was the same as any other Panda Express. My complaint was the line management. There was a customer with a particularly large order that held up all the other customers and my wife and I waited for about 15-20 minutes behind a crowd all because of one customer. Despite the guys large order, they should have been better about working other customers orders around the large one. I would have been ok if the wait to was up to 5 minutes, but we almost walked out unserved.

I dont know why has happened to this place it used to be so good but the last few times I have been there the food has sucked we had orange chicken that tastes as if it had no orange flavor tonight we tried it again and got the honey sesame chicken and sweet fire chicken the honey sesame chicken tasted nothing like it is supposed to and the chicken itself tasted old and freezer burnt and the sweet fire chicken was extremely mushy until they address these issues I will not return

That was hands down the worst crap Ive ever ate. The rice tasted "literally" like dog food. The new "General Tsos" chicken tasted like spicey pork chops. Has this chain ever tasted general Tsos? This WAS NOT it! Awful experience. I want my money back and I want to shovel this cat food down the cooks face and see if he likes it. I cant give negative stars or I would. Avoid this place like the plague!

The service was bad and we felt like we were a burden. No welcoming signals at all. The food was good except the rice tasted burnt. We informed them and we got more burnt rice. Not a good dining experience at all. We ate at Chipotles last night and were treated very well there. So what gives???

Its snowing outside, there are like 5 cars waiting to go in and they wont open the doors. If it says you open at 1030 then the doors need to be open and food needs to be ready. Thats how food establishments work... We left and went elsewhere at 1035.

I swear this location is nitorious for closing down everything 2 hours early.. Everytime i come here it will be around 7 and they are out of everything and refuse to make more.. What the heck do they do for the next 2 hours?! Give out rice? Ugh

Very bad service & the rice was hard, tasted like minute rice sitting out for a while. The noodles were under cooked and still dry, by far the worse Panda Express I had ever had. I rather have a cup n noodle than this. Do not eat here.

This place is clean its authentic and the people are friendly. The parking is a little bit inadequate right in front of the building but theres plenty of parking to the north of the building in the old grocery store parking lot.

The food is amazing! But the service here is terrible. Every time I come here I wait 15 minutes just to be welcomed and get my order taken. They never have anything you want ready either. Be ready to be here for 20 minutes

Not much to say about it. The food was good, the kitchen staff should realize that they are on guest view and make an effort to have fun. Not that they are grumpy or anything, it would just improve the experience.

Slow line at 6pm. Rice overdone. No sweet and sour. Super sticky tables. Basically this Panda sucks. Go to the Chinese place across the street for better everything.

Noodles where under cooked the rice was burned the broccoli beef was over cooked no condiments and fortune cookies stale the lemon chicken was hard as a rock
