This will probably be the last time I eat at this restaurant. It took an hour and a half to eat, from start to finish, even though it was not busy at all. This is a long time with freezing, restless kids! Also, once we got the food, the fries were lukewarm and there was a HAIR in our salad. It was quickly taken away by a server that had to be flagged down. The manager quickly came over and half heartedly apologized, offering dessert but not to comp the salad. The replacement salad took way longer than it should have to make a plain Caesar salad. Our server was friendly and prompt, but just about everything else was sub par. About the only thing decent was the free dessert they offered us. Oh and one more thing, the kids burgers and the adult sized burgers are VERY similar in size, so if your kid is extra hungry, save yourself the $2 and just get the kids meal. Overall, I am very disappointed in this place.....

First of all I go to the bar and get greeted immediately. Outrageous. Then the "bartender" asks if i would like a drink or some food. Im livid. So I order a 32oz beer, and they have the audacity to fill it to the top of the mug?! WHO DOES THAT?! Obviously there are some serious issues going on. I proceed to order some buffalo hot wings "heard they were amazing" and not 10 min later they were in my face. This is the final straw. I take my first bite, they have a wonderful buffalo taste complimented by intense but flavorful heat. After these series of events I just cant go any further. I finish the beer and my wings and cash out. If you decide to make a trip here be weary. I was overly satisfied and disapointed at the fantastic service provided from the team here. What kind of business thinks they can just please customers and get away with it? Almost had me Zipps.

PRICE HIKE! I have been a regular patron of Zipps for over 6 years, and they have always had good service and food at a reasonable price. None of the food or service has changed, yet there is now roughly a 15% increase across the board on all menu items, which they have very neatly hidden with a new menu. a 7 dollar chicken salad is now 11, a regular 8.99 burger is now 10 bucks. I asked why, to which they stated the opening of competing establishments have caused them to raise prices, aka they are money hungry. I would have taken raising min. wage, or rising cost of food, but really? other restraunts charge more so we should too? My family and I wont be back.

Terrible...menu items dont represent what you get. Nachos said they had black olives, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, and onions...we were just served chips with cheese..then was asked where are the toppings...10 minutes later a small bowl of guacamole and sour cream show up.. We the ask where is the tomatoes and black olives...10 minutes later they show up in small cups...I would have expected new nachos after the first mess up. Food wasnt good and there beer selection is weak.

I went out to eat and had a bad experience I was given a beer with a broken glass, and o cut my tongue. Im not sure if I swallowed any glass but my throat hurt soon after I spit out blood. We let this be known to the manager, Jeffery smith, and it seemed that he worried more about the payment then my well being. They said they would check up and I am still to receive a call. I was given a $10 gift card that I did not take.

I order the same thing every Friday to-go, wings and a salad. I have to order the wings extra saucy but they end up looking like the cooks just dumped the grease on them. When I ask for a side of sauce, I get charged. The managers dont even care when you say something, it goes in one ear and right out the other. Id stop going here, but this is the closest place to get wings at.

First time ever eating here..definitely wont be back! Although my burger was good it was definitely not on a "fresh homemade bun" as stated on the menu, fries mushy and greasy..the pizza looked and tasted like a frozen grocery store pizza....service was slow and inattentive even before it got busier...I was disappointed to say the least!

There were 4 of us. Probably the WORST meals I have had at a restaurant. Fish was all breading. They forgot the fish. Fries were cold. Burger was so so ... Service horrible. Had a hard time getting drink refills. We had a gift certificate which took care of part of it ... thank goodness ... Will not return

I went on a Saturday night at about 8 and it was surprisingly busy. However, the hostess that brought me to the table was fantastic! Started my whole experience off right. I believe her name was Molly. If they dont already the hostesses need part of the tips! The service was great and the food was better

fries were cold onions rings seemed to be sitting there forever and my uncles chicken was cold.....they wanted to rectify the situation by putting it in the microwave.... really, check the food before you serve it.....go to coach n willies or the perch for food. this is a drinking establishment

Gave me a watered down shot for my birthday. I asked for top shelf. Also their food is bland and seems frozen before cooking. I only go here to get beer now because I cant even rely on them pouring me an actual shot of liqour. Giving 2 stars generously since you have Alaskan amber on tap.

The hours are very good for a bar/restaurant, the server was nice, the only downside is that she did not mention when the last call for food was, and was mainly focused on us ordering alcoholic drinks and not both. Ooh well, overall a lovely place to chill and hangout to enjoy yummy eats.

The food was ok but Damn... $5.00 for fries! I had a salad, order of fries and a drink, it was 20.00 If you dont mind expensive for average food then youve found your place. Im disappointed because I was looking for a place close to my work to go for lunch on a regular basis.

This is a great sports bar, they have a ton of televisions which my husband loves. The food is really good, I usually have a hamburger because they are always good. This location has a great patio. This is a fun place to go with a group of people. Service is always good.

Came in here at 11pm on a Sunday for dinner. I was surely expecting less than par food and service. Our server Megan was beyond awesome and the food was really good. I think the prices were very decent and I will definitely be coming back often

Food was good. The bill was $31.01 and I gave her $40... the Waitress only gave me $8 back! They are allowed to round up and keep the change! She kept a whole dollar of my change rather than give me correct change. I doubt well go back...
