The food is good and I have ordered the same salad more than a dozen times through the drive through and at other locations. Here is the thing about this location – and this is specific to THIS location only: They cheap out on the meat in the salads. I pay over $10 for a salad and a drink, I expect to have a decent serving of meat in my salad. INSTEAD I get a very small portion of meat in my salad from this location as I receive at other locations. Total rip off. and it has happened again and again. I am really paying for a garden salad with a small garnish of meat. I dont normally post stuff like this but it frosts me. I have told the manager and nothing has changed. Same garden salad with a very small portion of meat. GRRR! My friends have also experienced this same issue. I love Kneaders but not the Queen Creek location.

Horrible service. Only 1 customer ahead of me being helped. I saw 4 other employees besides the manager helping the 1 customer. No acknowledgment no nothing! Was getting ready to leave when a guy finally said he could help me. 2 cream cheese brownies & 1 cookie. He goes to get the brownies and starts cutting them in half. The manager steps in and says sorry they werent cut right and she cuts them in half. Mind you they arent that big anyways! A good manager would have given the whole brownie since it is what they had on the tray nd what we thought we were getting. Its not my fault you didnt cut them correctly to begin with. Nope, she says sorry and just smiles. Well we wont be back to the Queen Creek location! Rude much!

Ive been there several times and the drive through people are horrible, unprofessional and the wait is super long. I waited 8 min. behind an suv at the drive through window while the two ladies talked, laughed and when I drove up to the window I made a comment as to how long I have to wait while she talked to the car in front of me and the employee to meters replied that was the owner. Are you kidding me the owner would allow customers to wait 8 to 10 minutes while she talked to her employees through the drive thru window makes me so mad definitely not giving them business anymore.

Since opening the food has gotten progressively worse. More importantly, their soup variety never matches what they state on their site. It seems every time I go they offer tomato bisque, chicken noodle, and cream of broccoli. The soups of the day must run out within an hour because they never seem to have it. If your soup of the day continually sells out before 5pm (dinner time), maybe you should make more of it. I dont think Ill be going back any time soon.

I have a cold and my husband went here for chicken noodle soup and bread. The country French bread was very good, but $12.99 for one quart of soup?! If he had called to tell me the price, I would have told him not to buy it. The soup was decent but Ive had better. The food is ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Better to stay home and make your own soup. It will taste better and be a LOT cheaper!

When this location first opened it was great! Food was fresh, service was quick and polite. Now after some time the food quality has gone down. I used to buy bread here that lasted a week or more, if it wasnt eaten, and the past few times the bread has good bad/green within days of purchase. There prices arent great and their drive thru, you can almost guarantee they will forget something.

My wife loves this place so I figured it try it. Maybe I got the wrong item?? Ill update this if I find differently if there is a next time. My sandwich was 70% bread a single slice of lettuce, couple slices of turkey a small piece of bacon and bread. I had to remove the top of my sandwich so that I could swallow what I was eating. So I would stay away from the breadwich, I mean sandwich.

When they first opened I would have given it a five. I like to wait before posting reviews. This will be my last visit to this store. Evening staff are untrained on product and lack basic customer service skills. My $8 roast beef sandwich had two razor thin slices of roast beef- ??? Desserts are amazing and still a good source for a true sourdough bread loaf. Had high hopes for this one.

Good managers need to be recognized and Daleen Hall is one of them! She went above and beyond to make my experience warm and welcome the way she treats customers. I have gone to this location 3 times and each time Ive watched her interact with her teammates with respect and work just as hard as all of them. Very impressed with this establishment. Food is also fresh and delicious! lol

I always enjoy their salads and fresh bread. Its so tough not to get tempted by the sweet pastries and goodies in the display case when you wait in line to order at the cashier! Mostly good experiences so far. A couple times they got our order wrong. Maybe the cashiers just need to pay closer attention to the customers when taking an order? Other than that, everything seems good.

This is the second time in a row where they forget to complete my order. And its too bad because I usually have had no problems. Last time I ordered turkey bacon avocado salad and they left the bacon out. This time they gave me my salad with out the dressing and the kids chicken noodle soup was filled with the broth and VERY little of anything else.

Food is only bleh. Prices are high. Service is really lousy. Items that can be ordered on their app are rarely actually available in the store. The app ordering process seems to be more for catering orders set for far in the future, unfortunately. This wouldnt be a surprise if it werent for the fact that they all have drive-thrus.

Terrible customer service. Not at all worth the wait. The wait time was ridiculous. It is very obvious that the employees do not care at all about their jobs. They had poor attitudes and did not care at all about waisting times. Avoid this place at all costs. There is a Dunkin Donuts accross the street, go there instead.

4 stars? Who are you paying? Over priced wannabe paradise grill with mediocre food. A good cup of coffee? No! Their version of iced coffee is their regular swil, served warm over a small amount of ice. Apparently they are convinced playing christian music for your dining experience will some how entice one to return.

Food is good, but have noticed lately the meat portion in the sandwiches seems a little skimpy. Some of the dessert items always are out of stock. The food tastes good and its a change of pace from fast foods. Wishing they would start making low or no carb meals.

The employees are amazing! They were so sweet and helpful. The French toast was well-made but a little too sweet for my liking. My husband loved his omelette and smoothie. The store was clean and quiet (Tuesday mid-morning), and, again, the staff was so nice!
