Wow! Im looking at these reviews and now I know why I received such horrible service. Went there a week ago or something as I live literally right here in the condo complex next to it. Most horrible experience ever! First I have to say I have come here maybe 2x before and its always like 15 minutes just to get anything from thisnsribe thru. Thats criminal! Anyway, ordered a Thai salad with no wontons and no sesame seeds. It was $6 or $7. I get tonthe window and immediately the girl was disgustingly rude and dismissive and I knew she was a gross person. After a long while she hands me my salad and it felt so lite. I open the salad and it was like a handful of lettuce with a couple of pieces of chicken thrown on it. Inmarched my ass inside the store and demanded my money back. There was a gir who was new and was training and this poor excuse for an emmployee, T.K. She shouldnt be in public dealing with people in any way. She thinks she can just be rude to customers and its ok. When I went in she was on the headset taking someones order and she saw me standing there and she knew what I wanted and she ignored me and then she actually started taking someone elses order immediately after knowing she was the only one who knew how to refund me. I had to make big stink and say, Hey Im standing here and you have the nerve to take another order when I need a refund from your horrible bad service and bad food that I already waited too long for." I will never again go to a TSC. Its all crap anyway with fake chicken and processed garbage anyway and the smoothies have 3x the sugar content they need to have. Fire T.K. If you know whats good for you and your restaurant.

Our first experience here was so annoying owing to the service. The acai smoothie I got was good (the muscle booster, not so much), but the girl with (dyed?) black hair was incompetent. We went in and asked about the happy hour, and she told us it was buy 2 get the 3rd free. So we ordered 2 smoothies and 1 person paid for both. She rang us up and we said, wait so its happy hour dont we get another free? She said you have to buy 2 to get the 3rd free. I asked, isnt that what we just did? She said (pointing) you got one and he got one so you have to - (pause) - you have to order 3 to get the 3rd free. We were like so did you mean its buy 3 get 1 free. She said no its buy 2 to get the 3rd free. Long story short, this kept going round and round until I think she realized that she made no sense, but then she said some other ridiculous things, but Ill leave that out for sake of space (lets just say her math was horrible as well). The whole ordeal was so obnoxious I finally just chuckled and said okay whatever, and after we got our TWO smoothies, we left.

This location is a joke! Seriously, corporate should monitor this location before they end up losing more customers. I get that these are franchised own, but the company name suffers when you have such terrible locations like this one. I went here the other night at 7:20PM and was told the location had closed for the night (no reason would be given). Hours of operation are 24 hrs for the drive through and 8PM for the lobby. I also went to to this locations a few weeks back and was told the rewards point scanner was not functioning. Not a single employee knew how to navigate the app or tell me what I could do. One employee told me to take the receipt and try scanning it with the app. That may have worked, but the receipts they give you, have no barcodes. I called the corporate office about this location and guess what, no one answered and you have to leave a message. No response has been received after over a month of waiting. Terrible to see a company lose valued customers over something that can so easily be fixed.

This location is very poorly understaffed. Especially during lunchtime. Secondly when walking in to the lobby it smells of bleach horribly almost to the point of having a difficult time breathing it is that strong of a smell. I understand they must clean and theyre using a bleach solution but its very overpowering. In addition I was the only person in the lobby and I still waited 20 minutes to get one smoothie. And to top it off the Young man there took more than 10 minutes to at knowledge me first. The blenders and the lids to the blenders were dirty I actually watched him make mine I asked for a refund he refused. And to put the topper on it he had a cut on his arm and was doing nothing to treat it. There was actually blood dripping from his arm why he walked around. I am very dissatisfied and believe me I will not ever recommend this location to anyone

I love the smoothies here! Stopped by this morning with 20 minutes to spare before heading to my class. I waited in drive thru for 13minutes before I got to the window. Then waited 5 minutes before the only person working came to the door, didnt even ask for my card or anything right when I pulled up. However, it took 5 minutes of waiting for someone to finally open the window, only to tell me that they didnt even have one of the ingredients to put in the drink I ordered. I didnt think it would take 20 minutes for me to get my ONE smoothie, while the 2 cars in front of me ordered like 2 smoothies each. Service sucked ass. Not only was I late by 2 minutes (not a big of a deal), but I wasted about 20 minutes in a drive thru to not even get my order.

Ordered 2 smoothies. 1 was ready after 10 minutes and sat at the counter. Waited an additional 15 minutes for them to tell us that they couldnt make the other smoothie because they were out of ingredients. My friend then gave them a different drink order. Instead of working on her drink they proceeded to work on other customer drinks that ordered after us. We waited 35 minutes for 2 smoothies. My friend tried to ask the worker a question, they ignored her and walked away. The worst customer service ever! They really need to rethink how they run that store. For a good 20 out of the 35 minutes they were doing nothing. Just terrible!

I satarted going here a little over a three months now the mango magic is my smoothie choice. The watermelon mojito is also a good drink. Overall the smoothies are good. Customer service is lacking, the employees could do much better and show some enthusiasm. I wish the franchise owner could see the lack of service the employees offer. I have never been offered to try any of the food there. Its as if I am ruining their day by placing and order. I typically order 3 - 5 smoothies per visit. Another thing that needs improvement is the app and actually honor the offers they send via text.

ordered 4 smoothies for my girlfriend and I and her two siblings. Out of the 4, not a single one tastes up to standard. I got a peanut butter paradise and there was zero taste of peanut butter whatsoever. All I could taste was the whey protein. On top of the terrible smoothies, the service is always a let down. No one looks like they enjoy what theyre doing. Plus I have to always remind them just to get my receipt. Will not return. By far worst tropical smoothie Ive been to. Funny how these are the same people that are about to get a pay raise due to the minimum wage increase.
