Just left there. Worst service ever. Went to the one on Signal butte and Guadalupe and had STELLAR service. This one in Queen Creek should take lessons. If you ever want a quesadilla without getting the cheese melted go here. Or if you want a salad where they literally throw the food in the bowl with such rudeness so it looks like slop...this place is for you. There were 3 tables that had 2 people at each one yet all of the other tables were dirty. Bad experience. WONT EVER BE BACK. Not so much as a hello when you come in either.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. If you like extremely SLOW service, kids running around screaming unsupervised by their drunk parents, undercooked rice, and cold barbacoa then this is the place for you. $28 for 3 tacos and a burrito, WTF!!! Staff socializes way too much with the customers. Kids falling down, and crying. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE F-ING PLAGUE!!! HORRIBLE, JUST A F-ING HORRIBLE PLACE TO ENJOY A NIGHT OUT!!! THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE WILL BE RECEIVING A LETTER FROM ME!!!

So the food at this place has great flavor but the cleanliness of the store is terrible. When we went the staff couldnt keep up with the amount of people in the place and it didnt appear they were short staffed. There was food all over the place and they couldnt keep the orders straight. We got their chips and queso which we were too full to eat so we took it home. Tonight we decided to eat it and found a rubber band in our salsa

Have completely lost my faith in Cafe Rio. Their "new" ordering system is a joke. They cant handle phone and online orders at all and are making no attempts to better the system. We, being stupid, actually waited 30 for our call in order. To their credit they offered to reimburse our food, but I think next time Ill skip the hassle and go somewhere else. This has happened several times to me now.

Love you cafe rio! We come back again and again! Get a steak burrito enchilada style with the house tomatillo dressing. Its the best burrito you will ever eat i promise!

Not impressed at all! They have very few options for things you can add to your burrito. I was rushed through the line without being asked what I wanted on my burrito. Made me feel like just a number. No customer service at all. They also charge for sour cream which I find odd. I will stick to Chipotle.

Foods good ...... service SUCKS . ordered online twice now and both times food was not ready on time. Second time I was given full refund, but to see 4 families walk in and get food long before I even have my order is beyond frustrating.

This Cafe Rio isnt our favorite. Dont get me wrong we love Cafe Rio. This location had let us down many times in recent history. The "rice" incident was unfortunate... All and all though its closer than Santan and Ill keep going there.

I was disappointed. The store was dirty floor to celing. Soda dispenser was dirty. The food prep area was a complete disaster. My order was incorrect. I hope they clean up their act. I like cafe rios food.

Great flavor and fresh ingredients. This place has it all. They make the tortillas fresh, how fresh you ask, well you can watch them roll them out and cook them while your in line ordering your food.
