I love me my lattes dont get me wrong but for as long as this location has been open its been slow. Ive had a long wait being the 5 th car in line (reasonable) and an even longer wait being the only person in line. Drinks are hit and miss, Im a creature of habit and my drink is pretty basic. But only 1 in 3 is usually good at this one. The one in Frontier Village or on Gail Gardner are much better in every single experience.

I hate giving poor reviews it Ive been in F&B before, but this store needs some serious help. Nobody in sight and 10 minutes for preorder, they still dont have it ready. Ive waited 30 minutes for a brewed tea and a frap, 4 people in the store waiting on orders, and the drive thru. Another visit was 20 minutes in the drive thru.

The guy that took our order was efficient and pleasant, the girl making the drinks didnt seem friendly at all and really talked down to her co- worker. She was kinda a rag and took forever ( well obviously not forever or wed still be standing there)to make 4 drinks. Not a big Starbucks fan anyway so dont see the need to go back.

The staff is great, friendly and polite. The drinks on the other hand... they take so long and are not worth the wait or the money. Ive ordered a couple different drinks and they are borderline undrinkable. As a previous starbucks barista, i will not be giving them my business.

I will go out of my way, get out of my car to go into this Starbucks rather than go into the chain Starbucks down the street to get my coffee. They make it better here.

They completely fill there iced coffee with ice and a little bit of coffee, the lines on the side of the cup are to help them measure but they dont use them here
