There are known for their outstanding beers. Their Brewer, Jeff Yade has won many awards for his wonderful beers at the Glendale AZ location ! Highly recommanded ! Lieu connu pour ses bières dexcellente qualité et innovantes ! Leur Brasseur Jeff Yade a été primé de nombreuses fois et a remporté de nombreux prix pour ses merveilleuses bières ! I almost chose 2 stars but the food was fine. Not great but we did eat all of it. Our server wasnt very enthuisiastic telling us he was "ah not too bad." Im in customer service so this peeves me. We overheard him tell the women behind us that there werent any unique beers. "They havent gotten to the honey beer yet." I almost handed them the Summer Beer mixed with vodka lemonade flyer. Geesh, that seemed unique to me. Our chips & salsa came 1 min. before our lunch, only because we had to remind him. He wasnt a bad server, just a great example of the younger generation just doing enough to get by. At the end he was personable but it was clear to us it was just recovery. It is such a nice place inside (box of food trash literally sitting out front right now) & sadly the Desert Ridge location closing did not motivate the Arrowhead location to step up & go beyond.

I took my wife to Rock Bottom for our wedding anniversary. Neither of us had eaten at this restaurant chain before, so we thought we would give it a try. When we first walked into the dining area, we both were impressed with decor. Unfortunately, that was about the only good part of our dining experience. Our waiter would disappear for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. My wife had the steak & fries, while I had the bacon and bbq burger. The steak was dry and arrived at our table cold. The asparagus side dish was wilted and appeared to be dried out and stringy. It too was cold. The burger was okay, but nothing spectacular. I tried their micro brewed beers and was disappointed with their offerings. Each beer sample either had bad or weak flavor. Micro brewed beers seem to be hit or miss. Rock Bottoms beer is definitely a miss. We wont be coming back.

It was our first time coming here. We usually stick with places like bjs so we thought we would give this place a try. We ordered the asiago and crab artichoke dip and that was awesome, just make sure they dont burn the bread. I ordered the jalapeno burger and my boyfriend ordered the lobster and shrimp tacos. My burger was extremely greasy and once my boyfriend tasted it, he said that the burger was the one thing that would make him want to never come back to eat here again. The meat in his tacos were cooked perfectly though and he really appreciated how well it was prepared. The downfall with the tacos was the taco bell style taco shells and that ruined his view on them. Overall the service is good. I guess with the food is just subject to opinion. But they have military discount (one thing bjs doesnt offer).

I ordered their pretzels with cheese dip and I found a hair in the pretzel. My daughter almost threw up. I ordered their fish and chips and their portion of fries, was not very generous. If I had to count the files on my plate, it would of been about 15 fries. Thats ridiculous. Not worth the 14 dollars for the plate ...plus tip and tax. Never ordering the plate again. Not enough girl waitresses. Way to many guy waiters. Hire more girls, good grief. I talked to the manager and he was very apologetic. Hope he fixes all these problems for the long term. I love the atmosphere and the place is clean except in the bathroom where I found paper towels overflowing and on the floor. Ridiculous. Their pizza is awesome. Raise the bar. Thats all.

Ive been coming here for years, but have finally stumbled upon my new favorite dish....the classic mac n chicken. It is the perfect combination of cheese, noodles and protein. It has become my go-to mac and cheese whenever I have hankering for it. Some of my other favorites on the menu.... Jalapeno pretzel stix Southwest egg rolls Southwest bbq chicken salad Chicken tortilla soup Brewers club sandwich If you are a beer drinker, their beers are pretty good. I am more into wine, and they have a pretty decent wine selection. Their sangria is awesome as well. Service is usually hit or miss in the dining area, but always pretty good in the bar area.

I made reservations online for this place and had not been back for years. I did not remember how it was like. We went back during happy hour. The happy hour for beer is awesome and the one for food is a bit limited but good. There is 2 pizza options. Some huge nachos. Tacos. Flautas. The 20 oz beer for $3 bucks is awesome. We sat inside and its a good if you were there with a large group. Not good for quit time. Granted we were there during a busy time. But it was soooo loud. But it was fun. Recommend for the happy hour food and beer.

Waiter helped me with my order - I was looking for healthy meal. Made several helpful suggestions. The meal took a bit longer than I expected, but within reasonable range. I had the bourbon glazed salmon with broccoli and mixed vegetables. It was very good. I saw very little of waiter after food was delivered. That would be my big complaint about the meal. He did an outstanding job at the beginning with being very helpful and personable .... Then he disappeared. Sigh. Overall .... Recommended, with some reservations about service.

Its orite, the tables were sticky, they blamed it on the people who polish. Got mac-n-cheese with chicken, HORRIBLE! seemed like they were a bit too stingy on their cheese, and the choice of beers, you have about 5-6! yes just 5 to 6, because they brew there own so to be cost efficient they want to make full profit, which isnt a bad idea, but i would also include other well known beers. staff was great, including the manager. service wasnt up to my standard, but according to my friends he did a good job.

I Miss The Neighborhood Joint! My Friend/Family Group, Spent Many Of Hours Playing Pool, Getting Faded, Meeting The Right People And Just Having A Blast. I Thought They Vanished, But Low And Behold...The Love Is Still In Valley Of The Sun. The One In Ahwatukee Has Dissipated, With The Pool Tables/Games...Needless 2 Say, They Cook, Drink, Eat...Pulse On. Please Take Your Happy Hour Dreams To This Spot. Love this place. I was so sad when they left Desert Ridge. I make the drive now when I can to the Arrowhead location. Anyone who complains...I just dont understand. Must either be really picky or had a unusually bad server/service. Im writing this review as I am sitting at the bar and even though my bartender Ryan is slammed he always takes the time to ask how were doing. Food is great and all being said...it was worth the drive. LOVE the promotions too! :)

Showed up at 2pm for a late lunch with only a few other parties even being at the place and wait for 15 minutes for a waiter. My wifes beer glass, not the beer, smelled of mildew. The replacement beverage was margarita which was extremely over salted. Not someone who places reviews but it was aggravating to receive that kind of service, especially when your spouse has worked in the same atmosphere and agrees with my complaints.
