We decided to try this restaurant for the first time about a month ago. The waitress was very polite and the food was ok, I think it was a bit over-priced for simple dishes. When we were finished, the waitress offered to take our food that was left over to box it up in the kitchen. The next day when I warmed my food up in the kitchen at work, I noticed a piece of glass in the food. Not knowing if there was any more that I was not able to see, I threw the food away and contacted the restaurant to speak to the manager to make him aware. He asked the basic questions like when we came in and who waited on us and what we had to eat so that he could look up the receipt. When he came back on the phone after looking at the receipt, he mentioned that the dining room should have been closed at that time, not sure what that had to do with my complaint. Maybe to kindly tell me that if we had not come at that time to eat, we would not have had the problem?? I dont know. He proceeds to ask what I wanted him to about it...I would think that he would have had some sort of courtesy in mind already considering he already had me on the phone for almost 10 minutes to do his own research. I asked if he could at least comp the plate that had to be disgarded and he says that he couldnt do that because we had already left the restaurant and it was the next day. He instead offers a $10 gift card for our next visit (I think that only pretty much covered what we left for a tip for the waitress). I was not going to argue with the guy so I just said yeah thats fine. He asked if I wanted to stop by and pick it up or if he should just mail it my house. I asked him to just go ahead and mail it so that I wouldnt have to make the trip down there since it is out of my route from work. Well, this was almost 4 weeks ago and needless to say, he never sent the gift card. Im more disappointed in the lack of care that he showed for something that couldve been hazardous had I not spotted the glass in my food. I will not go back to this restaurant ever again. There are plenty more restaurants that are next to this one that have much better food at more reasonable prices.

Ive been in 3 times in the last two weeks because a friend of mine likes it and we had plans afterward and couldnt wait in long lines elsewhere. Im not a huge fan but the food is hot and good and the bar is good. Ive had the Ahi nachos, veggie pizza, margarita pizza and California beach tacos. All were good, hot and tasty. Pizza dough is a bit mediocre, almost like its pre-made. Its not toasty like I think a pizza crusty should be but thats JMO. Tortillas are the same. Theyre just missing something. Ahi Nachos are on wonton chips not tortilla which is different but pretty good! Tuna was a tad fishy. The quality for the price is ok. The service at the bar is good, I have not eaten in the restaurant area. The food is a little slow to come out but Im ok with that as long ad its hot and it has been all 3 visits.

Id give it less than a star if I could. I will be writing the company headquarters as well. Went last night with a group of 6. The place was dead and the waitress was still as rude as can be. Now I know why they were dead. The bartender was also rude. I ordered a hamburger medium and it came out burnt. One of the guest in our party ordered a ribeye medium that was also completely burnt. Then they overcharged us for an extra beer and when the waitress was asked about it she raised her hands and shrugged and said I dont know that is just the bill. I saw a charge for bar service on my bill and when I inquired about it I was responded with a quick and sharp "I dont know." You have got to be kidding me. Do not come here. Go to Yardhouse instead.

Their food is awesome, love the garlic fries!! But do not ask them about their party space. I was given a number to the person who handles the party space. I called that number, when the person called back she was very rude, (she did not even listen to my message for the details). Since she did not listen to the message she was rude to one of the staff members at my office, stating that she saw a missed call on her work phone and just called it back. I told her that I was no longer in need of the room. I will still eat there but will not have a party there.

The service was a bit slow, but once the orders were placed, the food arrived relatively quickly. Nice atmosphere, great selection of in-house brewed beers. Biggest drawback for me was that the food was extremely salty, but it could have been what I ordered. Pictured is the Cajun pasta. I had started eating before I remembered to take the picture. Sorry about that. Edit: so after a few bites, I couldnt stand the saltiness of the dish. I informed the waitress and she switched the dishes. The next dishes came out much better.

Girlfriend and I love this place, Happy Hour prices are great 1st 2 times there awesome experience, 3rd time the waiter was really creepy and getting way too friendly with my girl it was really making the experience uncomfortable, I wish I remembered his name so I could include it so you all know who to stay away from, young Hispanic guy real weirdo, other than that AWESOME place, but that last time has us thinking about trying one of the other breweries in the area

Place is awesome. Awesome selection of beers. Their seasonal beers are always good too. Their southwest eggrolls are delicious! Their food tasted pretty good once youve had a cold Czech beer. Their food really isnt all that great but it satisfies. The bar and outside seating is nice. Fireplace seating outside for winter is comfy. People smoke outdoors though. Nice dark cozy atmosphere. Bartenders are always friendly.

My grandmother went here on monday the 22nd and her bill was 63 something and she left a 12 dollar tip that brought the total to around $75. On her bank statement we found that they charged her card $121.54. My grandma called to tell them about the mistake and they said that they couldnt do anything about it until the transaction is no longer pending. How does that mistake happen? And why cant they fix it immediately?

We are from Florida and stumbled into Gordon. Biersch. We were greeted quickly, seated and our waiter Evan went to work. He made awesome suggestions regarding our beverages. Then we had the cheese curds, burger and salad. His eagerness to serve with polite professionalism was apparent. What a wonderful example of service. Good luck young man in following your freak of fire school. Ask for Evan u will be blown away.
