Rude ass employee’s. I have been doing busy with this location: 3110 N Central Ave Ste 100, Phoenix, AZ 85012. .... for over a year, and I have had several incidents. Well this just took the cake. I work right around the corner form the location, so on Sat 05/20/2017 I was on my 10 minute break. I placed an on-line order for a: “Apples ‘N Charge: at 11:17am, I waited about 05 minutes, then walked over (the on-line receipt) ..I walked over to the store about 11:20, and well their was a line out the door, and the employee’s were stressed, and over whelmed and my order wasn’t even made, not even pulled. When I asked about the employees looked confused. I told them I would back in 30 minutes or less (I’m in here all the time)..I went back about 12 Noon, and some rude Millennial (male) employee stated: “We made it, but we didn’t think you would be back, so we threw it out”. I asked for the manager and was told one was not available. I’m done with Jamba. Not again! This is the 3rd bad experience I have had with this location., and I’m threw with Jamba Juice. Screwy store: (Park Central Mall) 3110 N Central Ave Ste 100, Phoenix, AZ 85012.

This is my local store but theres always an issue and now they tell me they quit making wheatgrass an hour early? Are you guys a store and are you guys open then sell your products ridiculous Im driving 5 miles other way now to find another store that will service me I always have problems at the store whether they close early or the people are just not on top of that last time I was here I ordered a waffle she didnt make me a waffle she wrote waffle as my name

I have always bought a Large Great Greens no ice and got it on a Large drink cup.. Now there is a new crew there that will sell you a large no ice Great Greens and hand you a 16 ounce cup.. When questioned I was told oh thats because the people before me were allowing you to get no ice and more juice for free.. Hmmmm ok well guess I wont be going to Jamba Juice and will now give all my business to Mad Greens who doesnt have this problem..

My daughter and I was standing in the store waiting for someone to take our oder, and there was no one else in there at this time. As soon as another customer came in after us the worker went over to the register and took her order. The customer stated that we were here first and the worker just smiled and took her order anyway. We left and wont be coming back ever again.

Worst experience ever. Two people working and neither can make a smoothie. There were two people in front of me and 20 minutes later I get a not full cup of juice, not a smoothie for $10. What a rip off and the worst $10 I have ever spent. While I am not a Starbucks person, go there, at least you will get something for your money. Waste of time and money.

Was passing by and saw it. Stopped in the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable with thw menu. I had a regular drink i use to get the described a few other ones and they were amazing. The Manager Brandi was very friendly and greeted each custome with a smile so did the other staff. I would highly recomend this place.
