Terrible staff. Manager mustve off duty. Door supposed to close 9pm I arrived late, sure, but 8:54pm, knocking on door I see side glances laughing pretending to ignore me. Terrible. I insister when they didnt have a chance that I was just walking away young girl comes to door and just starts repeating "were closed" like Im a moron. Idiot. It was still 8:5pm at this point and I insist they closed door too early didnt want to go through drive through. She repeated, like an answer machine "were closed, go to the drove through. I went to McDonalds. I like Taco Bell bit this store and staff in Anthem is absolutely terrible. Im a manager at a retail business BTW, this is my personal opinion.

Horrible asked for no sour cream on steak bowl and receipt reflected no sour cream. Still they put it on. Went back and brought to their attention, oh well make you another. They did it again and put sour cream on and on purpose. Dont go there they dont give a dam about their customers. This was at 7/25 at 9pm. Entered formal complaint with home office. Go to the Carefree location as they understand how to treat their customers.

Horrible! Will never go there again. They got my order wrong 3 times I had to go In and basically yell at them. The manager was rude and the guy at the drive thru before I went in tryd to give me 6 additional soft tacos instead of the 6 hard tacos I ordered because he said they were super busy when I told him I want what I ordered and went in there was NO one in there not a single person!

Dont expect to get anything your way here like at other Taco Bells... they dont even have ice water at the fountain! You have to get a warm cup of water off the counter that has been sitting there collecting dust... someone call the health department! Oh, and the owner is there and doesnt seem to care...

I only gave it one start because I couldnt give it less ... managment & employees are rude & its only taco bell food canned stuff anyways ... will make the effort to go to DEL TACO across the way much better tasting with friendly people

Holy smokes it took us 20 minutes to get our two orders of number 7. The place was a mess and its 2pm on a Sunday with 4 people in here. The food was put together like a toddler made it. I love Taco Bell but this was a joke.

1 hour and 20 minutes before close, 6 employees walked out the front door and laughed at the 5 cars in the drive thru. Literally pointing and laughing. I guess taco Bell needs to revise their hours.
