Went through the drive thru ordered my first drink; -me: caramel frappucino with extra caramel drizzle and two extra pumps of caramel -Lady working the drive thru it comes with caramel drizzle you want extra- me: it comes with drizzle in the cup?- Lady working drive thru: no thats extra caramel drizzle -me: thats what I want! In my head thinking "isnt that what I said to begin with"? Second drink -----me: and a trenta black peach tea with two pumps of classic -Lady working drive thru: what do you mean classic? -Me: I want two pumps of sweetener -Lady working drive thru: we call that sugar cane not classic -Me: thats what I want -lady working drive thru you know the peach is the sweetener -me: I know and I want two pumps of additional classic sweetener -lady working drive thru so you want 7 pumps of "classic" (her word after correcting me that its sugar cane) plus two more for 9 -me: no I asked for a black "Peach" tea I want 7 pumps of "peach" and two pumps of "classic"! She was so busy deciding what I wanted and correcting me that she wasnt listening.... To top it all of after she gets it right she never gives me my total and quits talking to me, just leaving me sitting at the order screen wondering if I should pull up. Than was rude to me at the window. I order the same thing at every Starbucks Ive never been treated like that, corrected, or questioned... it was really BAD BUSINESS! My 16 year old son listening to the conversation said "WOW shes having a bad day"....

***update 3/6/16...still filthy, just awful, outside area hasnt been cleaned in over a week. Windows and seals constantly dirty. Planters full of cigarette butts and debris. Constant spill stains. Saw a female employee attempting to clean bottom window on door but thats as far as she got and its was still dirty after her attempt, even she acknowledged the entire outside was dirty and needed to be power washed. somebody please help this place! Jen was very friendly today! From the moment you walk up to the front door the entire place is just filthy. Spill stains on the concrete and tables outside to trash and crumbs on the floors inside. Dirty windows, bathrooms, can only imagine how dirty it is behind the counter. The front door mat has been in same spot for a week. No one has pick it up to sweep or clean. Theres no music ever. I saw an employee go from half wiping tables to handling cash to making drinks all without once washing her hands. The employees obviously arent happy, they move slowly and therefore theres always a line of people waiting for a simple cup of coffee. The wait line is obviously due to the fact that the employees are moving slowly and not working together. The place isnt that busy, lines back up due to slow moving employees...very inefficient. Very poor management.

I I used to go here a lot. But I took a break and now that Ive been back there is no customer service, no one is excited to see you its like Im in inconvenience to be there. When ordering today, the cashier seemed to need some coffee herself, or maybe my mere presence annoyed her. She cut me off before I could finish my order with an abrupt "out of lemonade." I only treat myself to Starbucks once or twice a month now because it is expensive. But it doesnt feel like a treat going in this location.

It saddens me to write this as Ive been going here since it opened. Im not entirely sure what has happened, but the customer service is horrible. I feel like Im an inconvience. (Although, the staff chose to interview and work there - if theyre not happy they should find a place they are happy.) It takes so long to get my drink even when they are not busy. I miss the way it was, you would walk in be greeted with smiles and welcome to Starbucks. Not so much anymore.

I have never driven through any drive thru and had an attendant in the intercom greet me with such a happy uplifting tone. There was a slight hiccup with my order but it was corrected within 30secs. Too bad i didnt care because of the intercom guy.. man that guy.. 10/10! -As mentioned the marker on the map is in the wrong place. Its just a little bit further north.

I love Starbucks, but the staff here was terrible. Flat out ignored me, no smiles. When asked about products, they offered one or two word answers and it was not a clean place. Worst Starbucks I have been to and the bathroom was atrocious. I would gladly have avoided this one for the next one literally 5 minutes away.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER! How is it that this place can conisistanly screw up my order? Laziness? Lack of attention? The only draw here is the drive through, but by being lazy yourself, you risk complete and utter failure on the part of the barista. I mean it this time, I will NEVER go back to this location!

I work nearby and frequently use this location for lunch pick-me-up drink. ....drive-thru is consistently SLOW AS EVER. I have no idea why, but it is certainly a pain on your lunch break. No kidding. At minimum, a12 minute wait with no more than two or three cars in front of me. Happens every time.

I love Starbucks. I especially love their Lattes in the winter and their Frappuccinos in the summer! Their breakfast sandwiches are awesome and I love their pumpkin bread too! They have so many more items, I will run out of room! Go check out any Starbucks!

As with all of the other Starbucks locations Ive visited across the nation, this location stands out for its excellent customer service and speedy service. The atmosphere here is nice, as well. All in all, a great place to visit.

This location is always slammed due to the close proximity to the I-17 freeway. Drive thru and walk in are a 15 minute process. The staff is always working hard, professional and pleasant. Just not a quick process.

Woman at register messed up order in front me and then messed up my order and did not give me correct change. When she asked for help from supervisor they ignored her and me. Worst service ever!!

This is the only Starbucks with a drive thru in all of Anthem. So understandably, this place is packed on the weekends. Also , any new drinks and this place is ALWAYS sold out....
