The pizza was sub-par at best. The crust is extremely thin and the ingredients dont stay on the pizza since the crust is thin. Ive had better pizza at similar pizza joints. Customer service is terrible. We were barely greeted and waited at the cash register to pay while one of the associates joked in the dining room with the owners. Speaking of the owners, their daughter kept running around behind the counter, in the kitchen area, which is a health code violation, Im sure. One of the owners ate pizza behind the counter, right next to the pizza oven. Another health code violation. Ive worked in the food industry and Im surprised that this place has such high reviews based upon what I have seen. I will not be back.

Just had an amazing experience there. Delish still pipping hot pizzas in the car. What happened::: The GM of the store prepared the pizzas. We have been asking for a couple weeks now about vegan cheese. Because we are vegan. The GM was/is really receptive to vegan cheese! Awesome! We wrote down the vegan cheese that we think would be really good: Daiyas mozzarella. This guy is really nice and supportive. He made sure that we got exactly what we ordered. I cant wait to go back and have vegan cheese pizza! (I work in the area, so you know I will be back!) Vegan rejoice!

Really good food. Extremely courteous team members who genuinely want you to have an excellent dining experience. They treat me as if I am part of their family every time I bring my family in. In fact, my aunt and uncle are visiting from out of state and my wife and I are taking them there tomorrow! My favorite is to order the "Meatza" and then add Red Peppers, Red Onions and Olives. See you tomorrow!

Food is very good. You can customize it as you need. The best part about it is the phenomenal service (shout out to Chris)! This is becoming a regular place for family time, birthdays, and just plain pizza cravings for us. Highly highly recommend it just for the people who work there because they will make sure youre taken care of and that your food is 100% satisfactory.

Lots of places like this popping up. This one was pretty good. Had the meatsa. Toppings were good, crust was good. Fast, good, and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly. The only thing I think could be better, and this is minor, is that the setup creates a lot of echo, so its noisy even if there arent a whole lot of people there. But I would definitely go back.

The pizza is good, not great. The underlying problem is a matter of preference. When you cook something so quickly with such high heat, there are usually going to be burn areas on the pizza. I hate that stuff - others dont mind or even like it. So if you dont mind a bit of scorching, the prices are reasonable and you might really like it! I say give it a shot!

Our family orders from 1000 Degrees Pizza at least 2x per month. The pizza is delicious, the service is outstanding and we are always greeted with a smile. There was a small issue with an on-line order that we had placed recently and Chris, the general manager was the best! He was so attentive, apologetic and went above and beyond to rectify the mistake.

Excellent food and the best service! Gotta get in there when Chris is working. He takes the time to make the pizza just right. Sauce out to the edge and evenly placed toppings. Placed. Had an issue with the payment system double charging, went back, the owner took care of it without any hesitation, and made it right.

Crust is very thig and quite rubbery. Toppings and cheese and sauce was sub par. Chicken ceaser salad had canned chicken on it. I would go for Kroger Brand frozen pizza before going back.
