My wife and daughter and I were famished and we stopped in for pizza to go. We ordered a half Original and half Hawaiian. The atmosphere is pleasant enough. The girl who took our order dissuaded me from getting the arugula on half "because it would be difficult for the chef." I dont understand that but we went with the Original. We got the pizza home and found it to be soggy and flavorless. The pineapple had no flavor and the ham was very unappealing (from a roll!). It cost $28. I put it in the oven on low temp for 45 min and it dried it out but it was, of course, still flavorless. I contacted the management and I dont think they care how bad our pizza was. Granted, this was just one pizza but given the cheap ingredients and lack of caring by the management I wont be going back.

First, the food was pretty darn good and I base this as a former New Yorker who visited some of the best in NYC. However, the customer service was horrific and their pricing was absurd. Who charges $6 for an *incredibly* small side salad? The worst part about it was that we ordered every week and it was always included with the meal. When we mention we were never charged for it prior, they make no concessions and say, "well, we changed the menu". What they meant to say was "we raised all of our prices". There management staff (that includes the owners wife) had little customer service skills and never made us feel welcomed or how a loyal customer should feel. The best part is Carusottis is now out of business.

This place is a hidden gem. Owned by three young men, who work all day everyday, know all of their customers, and truly have a passion for their food. They provide the best in customer service and if you havent had a Rustica yet, you havent eaten a slice of heaven!! they have 4 locations in the valley i believe.

Hey Im from Chicago and know good pizza. I was born and raised in an Italian family and I must say these guys at Pizza Italia have great service and great pizza. If you want not so good pizza call papa johns or pizza hut, but if you want real pizza call Pizza Italia. They really are worth it!!! James Perrino

Totally worth it! Great service and even better pizza. The staff is friendly and concerned first and foremost with customer satisfaction. This is how pizza is supposed to be made! Fresh ingredients and served hot. Nice! We will be back.

Ordered carryout. Took almost an hour. Pasta was mushy and overcooked. Salad was inadequate. Desert was miniature canoli at 1.50 each, not stated on menu. This is two times we ordered from this place...the first and the last.

Johnnys pizza is very good. Staff is usually friendly. However, I think it is extremely high priced.
