Service really depends on who is working at the time you are there. Sometimes it has been great, sometimes terrible. Been there twice, and the last experience was quite bad. We live nearby, and came the first week the store opened. They have a rewards program similar to Apple Spice where you type in your phone number onto an iPad, they add how much money you spent, good to go. Weve received texts from them often and assumed everything was fine. Arrived last week during the Utah game, went to put in our phone number and none of the numbers would type. Asked the cashier for help, she flipped it towards her, and said to try again. We did, nothing would go in. She walked off, threw her hands in the air, and said "I cant deal with them, you go do it." The new cashier came and explained that they changed their rewards program and now you have to download an app to make it work. An inconvenience, but whatever. More upset about the treatment by the cashier. We had ordered to go (small pepperoni pizza) and asked for a side of ranch. Was given a bag with our food in it, and we left. Arrived home to find no ranch in the bag. Called the store, and the person on the phone said "well we have ranch out you can grab yourself thats not our job." Would have been nice to know when we asked for ranch the first time. Last time we ate in and asked for ranch when we left, and the cashier handed us ranch that had been packed beforehand so I guess I assumed that was a normal thing? Again, it really depends on how grumpy the employees are when you show up. Not sure why theyd be mad when only a few people were in the store on rush hour. Food is good. Service sucks.

This place was a let down. Dont let their clean cut logo fool you. Their pizzas, salads, and sandwiches are all the same thing with different modes of transportation to your mouth... The buffalo chicken comes in a pizza, a sandwich, and a salad. Same with the other options. When we cane in on a Saturday night to the Midvale location, a bunch of disengaged grumpy teenagers were working the entire store. We were the only ones to order for about 15 minutes, but it still took them a good 30 minutes to get our food out. When it came out, my pizza was sopping with grease and the blue cheese was overkill. The burger my boyfriend got was decent, but nothing you cant find anywhere else. Tables were dirty and in quite disarray, with 5 chairs at a two seater table and no chairs at other tables. We watched a teenager "bus" and clean another table...he just flung all the crumbs haphazardly off the table and onto the bench. There was not a single thanks for coming in or show of gratitude for your patronage-despite this location sitting in the middle of a dozen other restaurants. In all, this place is a one and done. Id never go back.

Nothing to rave about. At least for what I ordered. Youd expect everything on the menu to be good but then again Im not sure what they are "famous for". I had the Chicken Parmesan sandwich, my wife had a salad. Both were as appealing as the logo on the outside of the building. There was nothing about it that will make me want to come back. Also the place was pretty dirty... For only having 2 people dining in the place, the floors were filthy, wrappers and crumbs everywhere. Youd think that since it was so slow theyd have time to make it look somewhat decent. Also there was a guy in the back with long hair, letting it dangle everywhere, free to fall in food. Im not saying I hated it, cuz I have obviously had worse, but I probably wont go back because the key points that stick out in my mind are • I could heat up a frozen dinner for less than half the price and it would be just as satisfying. • The place is messy. • If I go back again there is a good chance of finding a long black hair in my food. The place has great potential, just needs better care, and more time put into making the food delicious.

To say that I hate hamburger is a VAST understatement and eating a hamburger is like pulling teeth for me but one day while driving around with my hubby we came upon this fine establishment. They had plenty of delicious sounding food but the Cowboy burger sounded quite yummy. I have tried many times to try and like burgers but nothing ever made it past 1 bite (Ive even been to places known for their burgers) but I can tell you with all honesty that this burger is literally THE BEST BURGER EVER and I ate it all!! What?!? I have never uttered those words before I came to The Junction. Sam is awesome and his service is one that has made us come back. Thank you Sam and thank you Junction for making this hamburger hater love something she never thought she would!

Holy hell this place is amazing. A coworker told me about it and he said that he had to remind himself that it was only a burger when raving over it, and after eating there I concur, it is worth raving. I ate it early today and have been thinking (and salivating) about it all day. The Cowboy burger with poutine (where has this been my whole life!) and it was just brilliant. People working there were super friendly and I am very glad I was told about this place and thus I am writing a review (something I rarely do). If you love burgers do yourself a favor and try it. I would love to try their pizza but man I dont know how I can turn down a Cowboy Burger with poutine.

I dont know about all these complaints of it taking forever to get your food. We got ours in under 7 minutes. People forget you have to wait if you want fresh food. Anyway, incredible vegetarian pizza, the dough recipe is amazing. Also got the Kings Hat burger, also incredible. The day I went they had Thai Red Curry smothered fries on offer and I wanted to know how spicy they were so the girl in the kitchen kindly filled a small sauce cup for me to taste. They didnt have to do that and they did it without me having to ask. Oh, and you guessed it, the fries were delicious. We will be coming back regularly.

Two words, pizza and poutine! I havent tried their burgers, and I hear they are good, as well, but I come here for the poutine. If you havent lived near Canada, you might not be familiar with this delicacy... but it is really very simple. Take some french fries, put some cheese on top of them, and then pour warm brown gravy on top. Yum! The pizza is good, too, and the staff is very friendly. They will bus your table when you leave, so dont worry about it.

Legit! Consider the source when reading the reviews. We have tried a ton of burger/pizza joints in the Salt Lake area and loved the Junction! My husband and 16-year old son had the barbecue chicken pizza and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the El Diablo Burger and it was amazing! The sweet potato fries are the best weve had. The food was served hot, fresh, and quickly. We will definitely be returning!
