When I ordered, I was told it would be $12.93 for my large cheese pizza. I walked six minutes to the restaurant to pick it up. When I arrived I was met by a man sitting outside the restaurant smoking. I followed him in and he immediately grabbed my pizza without washing his hands and presented it to me. He then told me the total for my pizza would be $16.17 (a 20% increase). I paid the total and walked back to my hotel room. When I ate the pizza I was unimpressed after the reviews I read. I felt the pizza was mediocre at best. The only reason I ate it was because I had nowhere else to go at 2:30 in the morning and I had shelled out what ended up being a whole lot more than I had bargained for. I definitely would not recommend this pizza place and would ignore the reviews which may just be a fabrication posted by the owners.

Ive been reading some of the reviews here and wanted to help set the record straight. This is probably my favorite pizza place in the salt lake metro area. They have great crust, topping, and cheese, but the best part of their Pizza is the sauce. Dont bother ordering by the slice though. Also the atmosphere is great and its never too crowded. Only complaint I have is that sometimes there are some lame live indie performances going on there but only during certain nights. For people saying the customer service isnt great, what do want them to do: hand feed you your pizza? Love this place!

Great crust! To me, crust is a very important part of the pizza, it can sometimes make or break the pizza. In this case it made it! I would honestly just buy pizza crust bites Id they made them. The pizza itself was alright, nothing special, but again in this case its the crust that makes it worthwhile to me. If you are fine eating Pizza hut or Papa Johns, think that, but with much better crust and slightly better toppings, plus its just as affordable. There are better pizza places in the valley, but for a place to grab lunch, if your craving pizza, I enjoyed it.

I really wasnt a fan of the pizza... I really expected better tasting pizza. I ordered a cheese pizza, which was delivered pretty quickly, the base was fresh and thick, but they really overseason it. I thought their prices were reasonable for their size. To be honest, the pizza from 7-Eleven tastes better, and I would order their instore cooked pizza any day. If you like really thick pizza, and highly seasoned pizza, then you might like it, but I disliked the seasoning...

I bought two slices, to go.. Have to say I didnt love it. The crust was soggy and mushy. My office is right across the street, the pizza wasnt in the box even 3 minutes. If you tried to pick the piece up by the crust, the piece of pizza flopped over like a wet noodle. Not that crust has to be stiff as a board, but this one had no substance at all, just soggy mush with sauce and cheese on it. It was my second time getting lunch there ( to go ), I doubt Ill go back.

I was in SLC & this was nearby, so figured Id try them out & brought a combo pizza home. The overall taste is good, or would be if it was cooked thoroughly. It was literally still dough underneath the toppings. Turn it over & its even more evident it wasnt cooked properly because the bottom was not cooked at all. Service was meh. The staff werent friendly at all. I wont be going back.

We went in around noon and got a chance to meet the owner after the meal. Nice guy. Told him he has the best pizza crust Ive ever had in my life. You couldve chopped it off and made it the best breadsticks Ive ever had. The pizza itself was good price and very high quality. My wife and I are going back to eat the next time we make it to Salt Lake. Highly recommended.

Two of my co-workers wanted good pizza. It has been good in the past but my it was horrible. It was the night of the Ute game and NO ONE was going in....it was empty. The pizza was soggy and the service was sub par. No fresh pizza was made. Not what it used to be. Besides that the owner constantly parks blocking traffic to unload...such an annoyance. Dont go here.

Holy cow! This isnt called Sicilia for nothing! If you want authentic with fresh ingredients, this place is a MUST! The recipes (dough, sauce, wings) are his and his familys. WINGS, wow! Flavor was so wonderful and unique! Ive been looking for "good" wings in Utah since 2009...finally found them! Thank you very much for an amazing meal, we will be back!

I tried to order a pizza over the phone. The guy held me on the phone for 15 minutes. He couldnt figure out how to work his computer so he handed me off to another person. This person asked for the address where I was staying and I told her to wait a moment while I looked it up. She promptly hung up on me. Please, dont waste your time here.

Aweful service. First, they want to save on credit card fees... so they wont split checks across multiple orders. Super annoying when someone has to pay for everyone. Second, they charged us for combo meals, and after told us they were out of Soda... thanks for the expensive tap water. The guy was rude and entitled, and the pizza was old.

This pizza is a unique taste. Spicy and very herbal sauce, bread falling apart when holding up a slice. Maybe we were not ready for the surprise! We were staying at the Sheraton and looking for a quick meal. Delivery was fast and gracious, pizza was fresh, but all the tastes just dont come together well.

Had been here a few times and always thought it was okay, but this last visit a few weeks ago left me scratching my head. The pizza slices I had lacked flavor and the crust really had no flavor at all. Maybe it was the time of day (I came around 7PM on a Saturday) or just an off day.

There is not one complaint I can make about going here. I was on a road trip and from the dozens of places I stopped they were the most friendly. The location is nice and the food is delicious. The food has its own unique flavor and the crust is one of the best Ive ever tried.

Stopped in to grab a pizza here to take home after dinner at Ruths Chris. Pepperoni on regular crust. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, the pizza does have a unique flavor. It wasnt a flavor that I cared for. I recommend giving them a try, however it is not for me.

I love going into Sicilia and having a beer and some pizza upstairs. Its very private and we have large groups meet there. The service is beyond wonderful. The owners are always there and they really care about the quality of the food they are serving.

K. This pizza is FANTASTIC. The dough is flaky on the outside and soft on the inside, with a sweet floury taste. The sauce is very herby with a hint of pesto - and the cheese is exactly what you want out of pizza cheese. TRY IT.
