So, every time I go to this location something goes wrong. Usually they burn my bagel, this time they couldnt just explain the difference between iced coffee and cold brew coffee. Also, ordered a bag of vanilla hazelnut coffee at the drive through and after I drove away, notices the gave me neighborhood blend. So I went back inside the building with my receipt to exchange it and there were 3 employees making 1 sandwich, 2 of which noticed me standing there and said nothing. So I switched the bag out myself and they still never said a word. Lame.

Once again, my take out order was wrong. And to make things worse, the person packaging the order knew it was wrong when she handed it to me (because my sandwich was the one they just sent out the drive through window). Out of all the Einstein Bros.Bagel shops in the Phoenix area, the one located in Surprise is the worst. One star, only because I couldnt post this review without at least one (undeserved) star.

I came in today because I had to get a couple of tires fixed at Discount Tire and had a long wait. I got a pizza bagel and a coffee and Im using their WiFi. I order my food and sat down to get my lap top up and running. A very nice young man Aaron brought my food and drink over and was very polite. My first time coming here and I will make it at another time.

They screwed up our order 3 times in the store reassured my boyfriend that it was correct and when he got home it was still wrong. He tried to call but no one answered the phone. After the 10th time he tried to get in touch with someone finally answered. By then he was more than upset. Bad customer service

The tables were dirty, even though there was only one customer eating there at that moment and four employees were there behind the counter just talking. I also noticed in the coffee and beverage area a lot of loose napkins and a lot of dripping all over. The napkin holders were also not cleaned.

We love Einstein Bros Bagels - but hey management/owners - the background noise level from the machines and ventilation in your AZ Surprise Town Center location is way too high. Very hard to hear and and hard to relax. Like sitting next to a jet plane. Serve your customers. Fix it!

We have always enjoyed the food and service. Menu has a nice selection to chose from. Can take some time to get your food, but worth the wait for freshly made delicious food bought to your table with a smile. Dog friendly food and patio.

I love this place!!! Every other Friday I come in an order 3-4 dozen bagels for the office and not once has there been any problems! The team work is amazing!!!! Great group of people working here...Thank you for doing a great job!!!

I like the specialty bagels (especially the 6-cheese), but theyre not always available. One employee said I could call ahead to order and theyd put some in the oven. Then when I tried, I was told no. Disappointing.

We love the service and the workers at the Surprise Einstein Bro Bagel ....first name basis. ..and of course, we love the Egg Sandwich Bagel we always get. They are delicious....we come once once or twice a week.

Its shameful to admit but Im here daily. The staff is always sweet and smiling and the service is top notch. I couldnt think of one complaint even if I tried. Most definitely my favorite coffee spot.
