01/11/2017 Since April 2016 I have been going through the drive thru. I Changed going to Starbucks for Dutch Bros. I wait in line for about 20 minutes each day for my coffee. Everyone there knows me by name. Today I went on my normal routine, with one big difference that will keep from going to Dutch Bros ever again. I ordered my drink with a long haired blonde kid who was being nice when I ordered. As I drove up to wait for my order he noticed my stickers I have on the back of my car. He comes up to me and tells me the sticker I have on the back is out dated. Then I jokingly said you mean my Dallas Cowboys sticker. Im used to the haters. He then responded no that other (explicit, another word for poop) you have on the window. Meaning a Hillary sticker I have on my back window. He then spit on the floor, and asked so tell me why you voted for Hillary. Then he told me that people like me are the reason the minimum wage went up, and everything cost more now. I looked at him and asked him to just go get my drinks. So when he comes back with the drinks, he has one in his left hand and stated this is one I made special for you, while laughing. As soon as I got to my work, I poured all the drinks out. All the employees from my job will no longer be going to Dutch Bros, and to think we purchased Dutch Bros gift cards to give away to all our employees at last years Christmas party. I have never had a problem with this Dutch Bros before, this was just disgusting. Even when people dont agree with each other, they should always respect one another.

I was told over and over by friends and co workers that I had to try Dutch Bros because of my love for coffee so I finally took the plunge and got in line. I was with my cousin from out of town who had never been either. We were expecting a long wait so we settled in and suprisingly it was pretty fast service. Not only that but our server (not sure what their titles are) helped us sssooo much! When we told her we were first timers she took time to find out what kind of coffee we like and what kind of flavors and type of drinks we prefer, this was unexpected but totally awesome! She was patient with us and helped guide us to the best drink. Not only that but she stayed with us through most of the line and made the person who delivered our drinks wait to make sure we were happy with them and instructed him to remake them if there was any issues we had, but the drinks were perfect. And to top all this amazingness they gave us our drinks on the house! So we tipped our server what we were planning on spending and he was so taken back he put his hand on his chest and asked if we were sure!!!! He was genuinely grateful which made this whole experience ten times better. Needless to say I am now a Dutch Bros fan for life!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

The coffee here is on par with any other Dutch Bros. Its the best coffee you can get. With that being said, as a transplant from the Rogue Valley in Oregon, where Dutch Bros. started, this is a sad example of a Dutch Bros. establishment. The wait is absolutely RIDICULOUS, all employees of Dutch Bros are friendly and chatty, but they still make your coffee in a timely manner. My girlfriend and I waited for over half an hour just to order, and there were only 4 people ahead of us. The guy taking orders was much more interested in making a connection with the pretty girls than he was in taking orders. Then they not only lost the orders of 2 people in front of us, but also lost ours. We watched them scramble and run back and forth with wrong orders several times to the vehicles as well. (we were on foot). Where Im from, Dutch Bros is on every corner, you can get an exceptional coffee, amazing service and be done in 10 minutes. I hope the Arizona Dutch Bros catch up soon. If only Arizonians knew what they were missing with an Oregon Dutch Bros!! This place would have awful reviews.....

Went back 3 times because my drink was not prepared correctly. Only to give up because I didnt have the time for the lack of resolvong the issue. I asked for a snickers, chocolate based. But it literally just tasted like chocolate milk with ice every time. Not a hint of coffee at all. I would normally be understanding and think "hey maybe someone new is making it? " but it wasnt. Or "Hey maybe this location makes snickers different than the other locations Ive been to?" But Ive been to 5 other ones that did not have this issue. I honestly believe it was just a case of sloppy Work ethic and focusing on making me feel like "one of the dudes". As apposed to preparing my drink correctly. I didnt wait for half an hour at midnight to make friends. I just wanted my damn drink and I came to dutch bros because its what they specialize in. Of i wanted a hello and a half ass coffee I would have just gone to McDonalds where they would have at least taken 1/4 of the time.

My rating is purely based on my first time going here. I have never been here before and wanted to try out this trendy place. Im not a dumb person, but the set up of the drive through, how they take orders, and how they bring you your drinks is CONFUSING! As soon as I pulled in, I felt like there was chaos. There were shirtless beach-bum guys running around and cars going in different directions. The lines were super long and I am pretty sure I didnt even see a menu. I quickly had to go to their website to see what my drink options were...I just ordered a basic hot coffee and the guy taking my order seemed a bit judgy. Now, dont get me wrong... it was a decent cup of coffee and only cost me a couple bucks... but my overall experience was full of anxiety. I dont understand why this place is so popular! Guess Im not hip... beware, if you dont have a man-bun, you probably arent welcome here.

Ive decided officially to never go here again. One reason being the Dutch bros worker doing orders for drive through outside turned around from taking orders for the cars to speak to a man in line that he over heard said he was getting water and refused to give the man water. He said, if you come to Dutch bros and just get water that you need to go somewhere else and made him leave and go to brush fire next door... Its sad because the guy was with his friend and his friend stayed to get his coffee while the other guy was given the boot. Not only are the workers very arrogant and act like they are too good for you, they mess up your order even after the second time of returning it and explaining to them how its made. I asked him if he was new, he said no but does not understand how to make an iced snickers.
