This is the greatest Starbucks in the history of Starbucks. Seriously. Ive been to the one in Seattle, you know, the FIRST one? No offense to them, but its basically a dump compared to this one. The people who work at this store are the friendliest people in the world. For example, I have a very common name, but not too long after going in regularly, they remembered my name *and* my drink order. You know who else does that? Butlers and indentured servants. Thats it. That kind of service doesnt even exist anymore. The store is so clean you could eat off the floor. I know you can because I have, and my food actually tasted better. I dont even mind saying it. Im a software developer, and I tried to hack this site to allow me to give the store 6 stars. Im obviously not that good, because I could only give it five stars, but trust me, Im working on the 6 star thing.

There is a lady that works at this store, she is in her early fortys, blonde short hair. I now live in sun city with my mother & I go to this store everyday. This lady is the most unfriendly person and has no business working for starbucks. I was a customer service rep for 4 years and have since decided to take a different path. I have been going to this store since May & everyday I go in this woman is never smiling & is just rude. I wanted to buy a muffin that was in the case and she looked at me and said "oh those got put out by mistake" & are not in the computer so I cant sell one to you & she wouldnt! Everyone else in that store goes above and beyond to help the customers but she is the opposite. She is without a doubt hurting starbucks business. I think her name is Cindy.!!!!!!!

Went to this Starbucks for the Peppermint Mocha 50% off from noon to close today. Was told they knew nothing about it. I mentioned that this was supposed to not be a code special & available to all. Was then "lectured" that only gold members with codes get any specials, Im only a lowly silver member. So I limped out the door to another Starbucks & got the 50% off. Out of curiosity I called back later & they were participating. I guess lecturing customers takes priority at this Starbucks & needless to say will not be returning.

Absolutely loved the service and the food. The place is fantastic for people watching! Definitely worth a visit if your in the city and want your salt beef fix. Food is good though a little pricy for what it is, ended up going there for lunch almost every day as we were working nearby and has free parking round the back.

Excellent service & staff, always willing to check gift card balances if you dont have the receipt with you for any particular use, very friendly and get orders filled completely/accurately...Oh, yeah! Great coffee products and snacks too!

I love this particular Starbucks location. It has a very casual, friendly atmosphere and is popular with the local senior citizens. All the times Ive been here, the service has been a reasonable length of time and the drinks have been good.

This is one of the only Starbucks stores I go to. They are always very helpful and very fast with their service. They are usually PACKED on Saturdays but they maintain their smiles and their service throughout the whole morning.
