They charged me for an extra drink just now, forgot my cake pop (btw I was going through drive thru) & didnt give me a receipt, & got order wrong two times!! only reason I found out they charged me for an extra was because I went back in for my cake pop (Im Prego been craving for it for a while) & I asked for my receipt I felt like they charged me a lot & I found out they charged me for an extra drink that I didnt order so make sure you get your receipts they take a little long too. Wish they were better, store looks dirty inside never been inside the store until today.

I have been here a couple of times. Every single time i have encountered nothing but terrible experiences. That is why i have nicknamed this starbucks "walmart starbucks" this place has terrible custumer service, the employees straight out dont give a.... Food plastics are broken, the place is filthy, employees chatting with buddies and dont care whos at the counter, my drinks are always so full of ice that is even hard to put my straw in and my cup is always leaking of overflow. The music is always so loud. Im assuming this place has no management.

I go here almost every morning, I always get the same thing. I ask for a white chocolate mocha with 2 additional pumps of vanilla (yes I like it sweet). I get my coffee and it tastes like there is no white chocolate and that its not made right. I guess it depends on who makes it because sometimes the coffee tastes good. I go to the Target Starbucks in the same complex, they actually know how to make good coffee. Why do I pay almost 6 bucks for a crappy coffee??!

Love love love !! My favorite location to get my coffee ! I always get a Carmel frap and they always make it amazing here ! At other locations the coffee tastes watery and it doesnt even taste good at all but not here its AlWAYS amazing ! I dont like to go anywhere but this location at least I try not to ! And I have never had any problems with costumer service everyone here is super friendly ! Definitely a frequent costumer here

December 25 2014 I went to buy Starbucks like I do every Saturday through drive through. When I got my order it was disgusting, so I went inside and they said theyd take care of it but they gave me another disgusting trap I dont know if it was there machines or the people working but it made my atomic hurt and made me want to throw up it taste like burned coffee. Personally I dont recommend this location after today.

COCKROACH INTHE LOBBY..... I was there this morning (06-16-17). My husband and I were having breakfast when a COCKROACH started crawling my foot. I notified the cashier which came down to our table, put a napkin over it, cracked it, picked it up and when back to work. Easy Fix!! So nasty, we got up and threw our breakfast away. I am not comong back to this place.

This branch has the slowest service no matter what day or time we go. I come here almost every week only because its 5mins away from my house and I am always disappointed with how slow they are, drive thru or lobby, same slow service. I wish they will put more starbucks branch close by, i would go more often.

The employee that was going to take my order had a attitude so I told him him never mind. The store was open and was not even set up yet and him and the employee acted liked liked I was was a second thought until I tried to walk up to the counter and thats when the the attitude started

This was my first time coming to this starbucks and my time here was absolutely amazing due to an employee name ray, she was literally full of smiles after a customer treated her unkind. She even offered me a free drink for the wait! Definitely will be returning soon :)

I bought a drink earlier today and ask for soy milk instead of regular 2% milk. They gave me regular milk instead even after I reminded them to make sure its soy milk. Causes me bad allergy when I got home after drinking a couple of sips on my drive home.

We put in a large order and about 5 of the 7 employees went on a break at the same time. They had one poor girl making all the drinks for us and the drive thru while the rest hid in the back of the store. She was efficient and deserves credit.

I always enjoy coming in to this store and sitting to relax and enjoy the view of the hot store manager when he is in. He definitely puts a smile to my face. And although I dont even drink coffee, its always been worth the trip inside.

Kinda small, but they usually get my order right, and theyre friendly. There isnt a huge amount of seating here, but its quiet, and the service is typically quick. The seating outside is nice if the weather is good.

Love this place its so chill so friendly and their WiFi stays on for quite a while tip* so even when closed you can lay back in your car doing work or binging on netflix while sipping on the latest drink trends
