Asked the cashier what kind of doughnut she would recommend. She said "I dont know! I dont even like doughnuts!" Then I asked if I could get a fresh original. She said. "No. We dont make them fresh until 5:30pm." I decided to get a raspberry filled and it wasnt even warm. Their doughnuts taste good but are cold. I also ordered the new Oreo Chiller. It just tasted like cold milk. Would not recommend. The floors were also very sticky. I think I will go to Express Donuts just around the corner on McDowell next time.

I normally dont post a negative review but after going our fourth time, the same problems happen. 1st. They dont serve a free doubt when hot and ready sign is on like many other stores do. 2nd. All 4 times they had ran out of donuts we want. 3. Becuase of lack of communication we over paid for donuts we didnt want. 4. Machines were down when we have gone. We have not had these issues with other Krispy Kreme, which we do like the donuts.

CIRCLE K donuts get only two stars, I was sold on the krispy kreme donuts when they were served warm and fresh. They dont really need to be that fresh out the oven, just serve them warm. I went there and dude just gave them to me Im a box all cold, he should of just threw them at me. Its the warmth that makes them fresh, put them in the sun or something... highschool children never get it right cause they dont give a crap

If you live fresh hot melt in your mouth Krispy Kreme doughnuts, do not go here. Doughnuts you get at 7am are just as stale as the ones you order at 3pm. The chocolate glazed doughnuts I got this morning had just been pulled out of a refrigerator, were cold and dripping with water from condensation. The doughnuts in the display case are generally stale and the outer edge is a bit like thin cardboard.

I love their donuts but the service this morning was mediocre. We pulled up and asked for a dozen donuts and asked if we could choose what we wanted. The lady in the drive thru said, "*sigh* I mean, yeah I guess." When we were finished ordering she said she would have the total at the window and never told us the total just took the card and swiped it and sent us on our way.

When you go to a Krispy Kreme location you expect a warm melt in your mouth right off the conveyor belt donut! If your looking for that, dont go here. We got four cold glazed donuts through the drive thru... walked in and asked for warm donuts, they couldnt give us any because the machine wasnt programmed for glazed donuts at the time. They couldnt even warm up my donuts.

Weve tried this location twice with visiting family. Both visits I could not eat a more than a bite of a actually decorated doughnut. Stale old early morning doughnuts. Today we purchased plain glazed doughnuts in the early morning (surely that will not go wrong) they were cold. Cold! Skip this location. Laziness prevails.

It was great and they had a nice broad and affordable selection of donuts. It was rather disappointing to be judged by the people in line behind me for getting 3 dozen donuts for a special occasion and the paper hats were too small for teenage heads but Im just an inner child so only I would complain about that, really.

It was suppose to be a free new donut as app says today only but didnt happen, what did happen was Kevin the mgr apologized and gave us a donut of our choice and to come back for the free new donut at a later time ....now thats customer service, thanks Kevin ,no other place compares to Krispy Kreme

Standing in line for over an hour to get our $0.80 dozen donuts isnt bad but when they start kicking people outside when its 110 degrees, when theres clearly enough room for the line to wrap around and not offering water is kind of screwed up.

Very good donut place, a great staff and place is well maintained but the only issue I had was a couple came in bare footed to get some food and the employees did see and notice but did not take any action on that. It ruined my appetite.

I seriously love their doughnuts. The reason why I gave this Krispy Kreme 5 STARS BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE BEST DOUGHNUTS IN AMERICA! I cant wait to come here during the holiday season so I can have some doughnuts and some hot chocolate!

Bought 2 filled doughnuts and they were stale and nasty. And the Caramel Mocha coffee was just sweet coffee. We used to love a treat of Krispy Kreme but this was far from a treat. This location needs a lot of work.

Donuts seems to be getting smaller by size, prices a bit higher than when it opened. Coffee creamer? Was sour normally front counter would have ice on the dispenser. Staff were good.

Good location right off the freeway. Always making doughnuts everytime I come in. Friendly staff and quick service. Plenty of parking and a good atmosphere. Plus they have Wi-Fi here.
