Poor service, people at the counter ignored me for about 5 minutes. Took 15 minutes (15 after I paid) to get my very basic combo meal. Then took another minute or two to get an employees attention to ask for fry sauce... because she was wearing earbuds and listening to tunes on her phone. I was over charged for my meal, and the cashier told me they had increased their prices, but hadnt changed the menu yet. The bathroom was nasty. All the floors and tables were sticky. I had a guy (a service, not an A&W employee) washing the windows and spraying Windex just a couple feet from my table. The fries were awful, I ate about 5 and threw them away. Half were burned and the other half were lukewarm and soggy. At least the bacon cheeseburger was decent, and the float was good!

Came here 6/18 for fathers day. My boys food K3 was good. I ordered the K2 with gelled chicken and received a long black hair with my chicken and biscuit. I thru it away because I losr my apeitite. They offered to give me more food but honestly I dont know if I would have gotten food that wasnt meshed with and I dont feel like getting sick on fathers day. Steve Campbell Local Lehi resident

Very poor customer service!!! We repeated our order through the drive through 4 times and they still got it wrong. When we pulled up to the window the guy at the window spilled my drink all over me and instead of apologizing he swore at me and closed the window. We didnt receive any utensils to eat our food with either. Never coming back here.

Every time I come here the grill is either off or being cleaned which means I have to wait 20 minutes for it to be warmed back up. Plus the girl taking the order started sighing and getting mad because I made them turn the grill back on. Not my fault that you idiots turned it off an hour before closing.

I have never seen an institution that has its life less together than this one. The service took forever, they threw away my receipt and THEN asked if I wanted it, and the root beer was disappointingly bad. But the burgers are okay, if youre REALLY into mustard.

Didnt have most chicken. Took 25 minutes. Still gave me wrong order. And forgot my cheese curds. I hate paying $25 for such crap service.
